I came in here for the first time this week under this new ownership. I frequented this location for years and was always very satisfied. I do not like to leave a negative review, especially in this economy. As a local guide, I feel this is my responsibility to warn others. Haddock is the only fish I eat. I do not eat other seafood due to allergies. The fish I recieved was very dry and tasteless. I would bet it had been frozen. My friend liked her food and plans to go back. They are very slow there, but the staff is pleasant. IMHO their prices are slighlty too high compared to similar places in our area.

First time at this location. Same great service, same deliciousness off the menu! If you love seafood, THIS IS DEFINITELY THE SPOT! (Saratoga and/or Clifton Park).
I can’t say enough great things about Eddie’s, food, service, the people!! Just overall awesome place with the freshest best seafood I’ve had since my last vacation in Maine. A must! I had a lobster roll and perfection and my husband had their lobster burger- I would’ve never thought but holy cow you’re missing out of haven’t had this wonderful duo. Can’t wait to try the fish fry on fryday! Yum ? ?

Our waitress waited on customers that came in after us. Then proceeded to wait on them. She eventually took our order. The food was good, and fries would have been better hot. Husband got soup and 2 Lobster rolls, said they were good but would be better if they were hot and not lukewarm.

The warm Lobster Roll was very good except that the butter was cold before the sandwich was gone. For the price, warm butter should be available. The fried seafood dinner was also very good. The scallops were tender and sweet, the piece of fish was huge, the whole belly clams were also very good and the shrimp were large. Nothing was overcooked and there was no sand in the clams or scallops. The price was high but appropriate for what you get. The onion rings were hand breaded and awesome. The decor was a big let down, it was basically the same as the Harbor House which it replaced.

Wonderful fish place! Lobster roll was for real. Only place I've ever seen gluten-free fish fry! Lots of gluten free options and they take care for celiacs. Our server Gabby treated us great as well.Dietary restrictions: They take care with gluten allergies and celiacs

Food is good and the staff is very good. Brings lots of cash because if I recall correctly this is a restaurant that penalizes people who use the convenience of a credit card by charging an additional fee - so If I don't have lots of cash in my pocket I bring my business elsewhere.Parking: lots of parking
Stopped to charge the EV next door and got lunch here. Delighted at how delicious all the plates were at this humble spot. Even the onion rings and macaroni salad were intentionally made in-house. The chicken Philly was 100% a Philly and not just a sandwich. And the fish was ?. Fried well but not greasy! Family atmosphere, really friendly staff.

Way overpriced for the food that you receive. For the same price, you can go to Ted's down the road and feed a family of 4 for the price of just one of their lobster rolls. The roll I had was tough with a soggy bun. The calamari was well cooked but lacked any real flavor.
