What happened???I haven’t ordered from here in about a year.Got food today. First was hunan chicken and wonton soup. All of the food tasted spoiled. I called and returned for boneless spareribs and an egg roll. The spareribs were extremely tough with no flavor. The egg roll was like cardboard. No more from here.

Have lived in the area for five years and have always wanted to try this place. The food was fine, so-so. I feel there are other Chinese restaurants in the area with better quality food. Portions and pricing seemed pretty average. Staff was friendly and helpful. May consider them again solely based on convenience.

WORST food ever in the capital region, dried out burnt old oil tasteless spareribs, all 3 pork egg rolls burnt and horrid same old oil taste, lomein beyond words to describe how unacceptable tasteless mushy noodles and flat taste… just disgusting. After a long day at work I gave this business a try and got home and was floored how gad awful it ALL was, tired I re-bagged order and drove back to Exit 8 and asked for a full refund. The woman cashier didn’t cook at the food or care and refunded my bank. How on earth do these people rate 4 stars is beyond my comprehension and I sat patiently for the food, it wasn’t a call in.

don’t go here , first time and the last time i will ever. it said delivery and then called it wasn’t. so we had to pick it up. red flag to begin with when i heard the tone of voice change when we asked. i spent 50 dollars on general tso, rice with egg and a quart of sweet n sour chicken… chicken & snow peas . got there and went home. to find out they didn’t give me my other meal and apparently didn’t charge me for it. their receipts don’t state any information of product ordered. i called. told them and they said i didn’t order the snow peas and chicken when i originally called. when i did. had to go back and pay so it came up to 65 dollars. 65$ to have my quart of chicken stuffed with paper towels at the bottom to skimp you out and not fill it to the top… making it seem there’s more inside then what they actually give you. morale of the story. there are better chinese places that are cheaper and better. i will never cheat on my OG chinese place again. lesson learned.. when ur fav place is closed wait til it’s open. don’t cheat on them.. i’ll pay 30 dollars for this same order there and get better food, customer service as well. shame ! food was great but not worth the hassle at all .

We only go because of convenience I think this past time will be my last time they are using a lot less ingredient in their food such as Meat and seafood. I ordered a hot and sour soup they're even skimping on that as well. You definitely don't get what you pay for.

I made an impromptu stop yesterday when in the area. It was a bright and clean restaurant and I was greeted very pleasantly upon my arrival. I had expectations of a good take out meal. I asked for S4 (S for shrimp) and mango chicken ( listed as: 'when in season') and was told that they didn't even make mango chicken. Okay...I probably should have begun worrying about my meal after hearing the woman using the microwave (which isn't even hidden in the kitchen) but...I'm not sure after getting home and opening my meal if they make SHRIMP either because I don't know what this is. Also, there's nothing crispy about it. The sauce is congealed, and sweet like sesame chicken sauce, and there was no crispy rice as in the description. What it did have was soggy broccoli mixed in and a container of white rice.I'm very disappointed with this meal. Not only is it not what I ordered, but I don't want to eat it because I can't even identify what it is. Is it: Beef? Pork? Dark Meat Chicken?I just know that it's NOT shrimp and that's what I wanted.I won't be back. Normally I would give it a second chance but it's not close enough to home to warrant a second trip.

There was a cooked bug in my steamed shrimp with mixed vegetables. I ate almost the entire thing before I discovered this. I pulled some legs off trying to figure out what it was, because I wasn’t sure at first but after closer examination it is in fact some type of bug. I’m sick to my stomach and completely disgusted. You’re a disgusting place of business I will be reporting to the health department. Paid $45 for two meals and an app on top of this. We are repulsed to say the least.UPDATE: my husband called when they reopened on Wednesday and requested a refund, he brought back my food and his food because after he saw the bug in mine he obviously wasn’t going to eat his. The lady wasted his time and said she saw this review and she laughed and told him she wouldn’t refund him unless we took this down. He refused and he left. Then I called and I flipped out telling her I was calling the DOH, she called me back very apologetic saying she just worked there and she couldn’t refund my husband all the money because the food was half eaten, I told her I can’t help where the bug was in the food and the fact that they wouldn’t refund us $40 was insane considering. She then told me to have my husband come back and she would refund him AGAIN wasting our time and only giving $20 back. The manager refused to come speak to my husband and would only communicate in a different language to the lady we were dealing with. They have called me a couple of times since but I haven't answered, I’m assuming they are calling to try to get me to take this down because they gave us $20 back, ABSOLUTELY NOT. This will stay up to warn others about them. DOH has been contacted, PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE.

Please be aware I was told by my wife prior to buying food here that this is what this restaurant do they preheat food from this before and I didn’t listen. I experience it for myself yesterday I bought about $50 worth of food came home and half of it was spoiled house, special lo mein, shrimp and broccoli, sesame chicken and eggroll as soon as I get home we could taste it and this was 11:30 AM buyers be aware I would give it a negative if I could

Food was good but please have a check list to make sure everything you order is in the bag before leaving if doing takeout. Otherwise I’d give them a 4.

We all know how many Chinese food places exist in a given area. But it's so hard to find one that can make more than one decent thing.Everything I've ever ordered from here has been fantastic. Even something like the Wonton soup, which I usually don't eat, was amazing. This is my new standard for Chinese food

Best Asian food. Everything super fresh and delicious. I usually get the dragon and Phenix and my husband gets the sesame chicken. Every time it's pipping hot and fresh. Staff super nice, food is ready usually within 15 minutes. This place is a must for take out.
