“I definitely don't eat enough nutritious foods. I always wait too long and just grab whatever is easiest and quick. As I have aged I have become anemic. Being anemic can lead to depression and already living in a state that is cold and dark a majority of the year, depression can come on quick and be very difficult to deal with. I am currently getting ready to put in an order for the kids multivitamin pack for my daughter for the daily multi-patch and sleep aid, I'm excited to see how they do for her with school coming up and how difficult it can be to get her to sleep.“

“I was curious and stuck my head in here yesterday while running errands. What an unexpectedly beautiful and serene space! I ordered a Butter Me Up smoothie - almond milk, cocoa, peanut butter and banana - and it was quite possibly the yummiest thing that has ever touched my tongue. Divine! I can’t wait to go back for something else.“

“I just went to STACK’D Nutrition this morning with my husband and I have to say that this place is AWESOME! I got the snickers protein shake and it was amazing, we also got some protein waffles and they were the BEST protein waffles I’ve ever had, YUMMY! Highly recommend this place 10/10.“

“This cafe is located in a strip mall, the Hilltop Plaza, which has parking. Although they serve breakfast & lunch all day, note that they are only open until 2 pm. I had a half a sandwich & a cup of soup, which many restaurants don't offer on their menus. It was real roasted turkey, not just deli meat. The menu said their sandwiches were served with chips, deli salad, & pickle. The odd thing though is that the deli salad provided was potato salad. While it was tasty, I thought it was odd to serve potato chips & potato salad together on one plate... My lunch companion had French Toast which she enjoyed. The French Toast though wasn't as thick as you'd see in a typical diner. Although the menu states Homemade Corned Beef Hash, the waitress alerted us ahead of time that they'd run out of it. My companion decided to order the premade hash (presumably from a can) that they had & was fine with it... Lastly they had a sign that said CASH only!“
