We love ideal nutrition!! We have been going here since they opened! The staff is so incredibly friendly and our drinks are delicious every time we go! You can a variety of this here included hundreds of protein shakes, power and energy lifting tea and even one for the kids which is just flavored! I had to take a week or so off as I needed this daily to jumpstart my. DaysParking: Never. An issueKid-friendliness: They embrace kids as much as. Adults there!
Consumer BEWARE ?Disappointed is an understatement. Been going here for almost 2 YEARS teas have been delicious great bang for your buck…..recently not so much bang for my buck. My drink used to last me an hour or more….now I get maybe 4-5 sips from a mega and it’s empty……greed has finally shown it’s green face. The cup has SOOOOOOO MUCH ICE that you get a few sips and gone. For $9.33 on a card I expect more. Disappointed cuz I really enjoyed coming here.
One of the only Tea shops I visit, other places have a terrible atmosphere and don’t know how to make the drinks properly. Not here! Everyone is fantastic, I am always greeted as soon as I walk in and the people working stop their conversations to take orders. I hate being ignored when I’m about to spend $9 on a tea and I have been at other places. Ideal is literally the best in the area. I live in Schenectady but I work out and work in Malta so this one is my go to when I’m at work or post work out. Love this place sooooo much ??

It was my first time in the shop today and I wasn't too pleased. two of the workers were arguing back and forth and it made me very uncomfortable. I was looking forward to making this my go to shop with just moving into the area but it definitely will not be. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
