This bakery has the best cheesecakes I have found, ever. They sell a sampler that allows you to try four flavors at one time as well. The 16 pieces are enough for a family, and if there's leftovers, each piece may be frozen individually. The cupcakes and fudge mint brownies were phenomenal. The apple brandy cupcake had prices of apple in it, like an apple cake. Each of the cupcakes we had was a cream cheese frosting. I'll be back when I'm the capital district again....

Thanks JS Watkins for providing such a lovely and delicious cake for my dads birthday! I wanted to do a unique design and when I went in person they were able to help me design something specific and great. The guests raved about how delicious the cake was.

I have had J&S Watkins a few times and they are really good! I just had my wedding and chose them to make my cake and it turned out beautiful and it was very yummy! I definitely recommend J&S Watkins
