Possibly the worst Pizzeria I've ever been to. Even when fresh, their Pizza is consistently bad. The only thing good is the crust, which is okay. The sauce gives me heartburn, the cheese and toppings taste old even when you can tell that the pizza has just come out of the oven. This place used to be okay a few years ago. I had a couple slices for lunch a few times a week. But something has changed, it's the same people that run and operate it but everything tastes terrible, is overpriced, the restaurant itself is filthy and they have a nasty attitude.

Extremely horrible customer service. I had to call 2x to order 2 slices. He hung up on me before I could ask him to add pepperoni to one slice. When I called back, he grunted, raised his voice and gave me a 1-word answer for the second time and, again, hung up the phon for a second time. The pizza was horrible, and, combined with the attitude, they have lost my business. In addition, when I arrived there to pickup my slices, I was told that it would be another minute, which turned into another 12 minutes while another customer pushed her way in front of me while I was completely ignored. I didn't argue nor did I become angry. Why? BECAUSE I AM THE CUSTOMER WHO NEVER COMES BACK. This rating is minus 100 and that's my story.

The food from LaBella has been very good, often excellent, when we’ve ordered takeout from there. The ladies have been attentive to the particular dietary needs of family members, and we appreciate their effort to do so consistently.

Don't order/eat in this establishment. They do not care about any feedback on their food. I bought two types of chicken one boneless and the other chicken tenders I also bought pizza from them, both sets of chicken were extremely hard to eat like they burned it. They mishandled our sauces so the sauces went all over the food and in the bag. The pizza was hard to bite into like the dough they used was not fresh. I called to complain and there was one guy who was nice that I talked to, and the other guy who called me back was extremely rude and was screaming at me for no reason just because I wanted my refund for inedible food. So Over 70 dollars spent at the labellas pizza in halfmoon wasted until I call again tomorrow morning, I would suggest if you want labellas order from the Waterford store, the food is 100% better than this establishment. I am very unpleased with this store and code enforcement should be called.
I went to them years ago. Food was pretty good. An older female was always rude. I think she was the owner. But I can see that all the recent reviews are terrible so thank you for saving me money. I won’t be going.
