They keep making my food with the ticket for the item wrapped inside. Touching my burger. I know those receipts dont get handled with Servsafe protocol.

It took forever to place an order, everyone is in the kitchen but nobody taking orders at the register. Then it took 30 minutes to get the food but that was only because we went back up front to find out where our order went. Also there didn't appear to be any heat on in the dining room.

Listen it’s McDonald’s we know what we get with fast food but the manager or assistant manager Alisa is so sweet and helpful. Not only did she fix my issue right away but she addressed everything in a legitimate way not just that phony tbs where it’s want you want to hear. I had to give her a hug because of it

They are always understaffed, and the drive-through appears to have absolute priority over guests in the dining room. Drive through or visit at non-peak hours to use the play-place.

I recently went here with my kids and we ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, McDouble and some French fries it took over 30 minutes to get the food and then when we got the food some of it was cold especially the French fries also we were missing our straws for the couple drinks we got and we were also missing a chicken sandwich so my kids and I didn’t get to eat all the food we were supposed to I hope next time we come here they will make it right

Grown women in a purple shirt screaming at the top of her lungs at the kids she’s working with to do anything but make my order. I waited over 20 mins while the kid who was packing the orders was finally able to return and complete my order because he was being paraded around the restaurant doing senseless tasks. No way mcdonald’s is serious to the point where you need to treat someone like that

McDonald's in Clifton Park. I wouldn't stop here again, even if they said they had Free Grinch Socks .. no need to purchase the meal !
It was pouring rain & I decided to eat in .. bzzzz ! WRONG ! Short staffed and a hand written note about it. Use the kiosk. I had cash to use, but after I waited 10 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help, I begrudgingly used the kiosk. It wanted a table #, but didn't accept the 1 that I tried to use 🙄 ... I got through it. Then in came a lady who wanted a drink with cash and managed to get someone's attention !
The only good thing was my filet o fish. The fries were nasty & my soda was flat. Do Not take Exit 9W off of I 87 for McDonald's. You will never want the food again, along with the service.
☆☆ Please note : a very nice, upbeat young gentleman did print a receipt for me, since I somehow missed that option on the kiosk.
& yes .. I want Grinch Socks from my local site, but so Not looking forward to the meal .....

This location of McDonald's it's truly awful. We used the drive thru. The young man taking orders was kind and did a great job.
The manager seemed very rude.
We were missing some of our order, the breakfast sandwich was soggy with a dark liquid and the hasbrowms were over cooked.
We parked and went back inside to show them the sandwich, and we were met with exasperated sighs, heavy eye rolls and the new sandwich being tossed on the counter, all along with hardly any words spoken by the employee.
Definitely gonna knock this location off of our future routes. Id rather go to taco bell where I know me and my family would be treated better.

Wait to get food was 20+ minutes, food was ice cold, restaurant and bathrooms were trashed beyond belief.. an assistant manager James Spooner kept talking to my clearly UNDERAGE daughter..asking for her number and social medias, not appropriate!! Will NOT be coming back here ever.
