I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but people need to know how terrible this McDonald’s is. I read the reviews before coming here, but I didn’t take heed to them. When I thought people were saying they were slow I didn’t think it was this bad. I ordered my food at 12:10 PM. I got my food at 12:52 PM. There is no reason why they should claim to be a fast food place because this is actually incredibly slow food. I had bought the food through the kiosk so it was too late and I had to wait. Luckily I have a full hour for lunch, but I have friends who only have a half hour. Don’t waste your time at this place. The service is horrible. The food is dismal. I’m surprised this place is still in business. IF YOU HAVE A HALF HOUR LUNCH BREAK, DO NOT GO HERE. You WILL NOT get your food in time. After reading all the bad reviews it seems like the problem is with management and not the workers. I know it’s difficult to not take your frustrations out on the workers, but this is a franchised McDonald’s and management must be terrible. I will never go here again and I’m going on social media to tell my friends to never go to this. McDonald’s if I could give it a lower rating than one star I would.

If I could provide this store a zero star review I would. Ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my toddler, didn’t come with fries. Ordered a single quarter pounder with cheese and a large fry. I may as well have ordered a plain hamburger as that’s what was in the quarter pounder box with raw fries. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, THE CORPORATION NEEDS TO PAY A VISIT TO THIS LOCATION FOR A FULL STAFF AND MANAGMENT CHANGE!

Like someone else just said. The speed of service here is appalling. Mobile ordered and paid for a Happy Meal. We're now 30 minutes into the drive thru wait. There were 4 cars in line when we got here.

I’ve never rated a McDonald’s before but I had to come on here and vent. This is the SLOWEST place I have ever been to. Waited in line for 30 minutes (I had mobile ordered so I paid already) but eventually gave up because the line didn’t move at all. I tried again a few days later with the same bad luck. This location needs more staff. This place is nonfunctional it’s so bad. Do not go here.

Ordered via mobile app, accepted payment and location lobby was closed. Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes, breakfast turned to lunch no answer at drive through or windows. Called and was hung up on after being told they only had 2 peiple working and wasn't their problem. Call corporate. This is fraud.

Every McDonald's I go to without fail messes up my order. I ask for extra onions on a cheeseburger and EVERY single time they give me no onions. The word EXTRA looks a lot different than NO. Please read omg. So frustrating every single time.
