One of the absolute WORST McDonalds if not the worst one we have ever been to. The cashier and the girls behind the counter were so rude and the food was horrible, the chicken sandwich was raw and chewy and when we asked for a replacement they were awful!! Don’t ever go to this McDonalds , there are so many better places in the area. AVOID!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. I was told to pull up aside because they were making fresh coffee, fine. After 15 minutes I went in only to be greeted by computer kiosks and one poor guy behind a register with a sea of people waiting in line. Very convenient the way you have cut off all human contact blocking everyone else working the drive through and the kitchen! So I got no help and left. You should really just resort to putting up a big vending machine in your lot. I’m out 2$ and I will never return, horrible!!!

Went yesterday for Lunch, where there was a long wait for the food. Once I got my food, I drove away only to find out that I was given someone else's order. It was too late for me to go back and fix it, so I hope the drive-thru people are more careful in the future.

I've been traveling all over northeast, and this store is one of the stores with best hospitality and cleanliness, among to other McDonald's I've been to (NYC, NJ, MA, MN, VA, PA etc) so lucky this is in Clifton Park!

Whatever you do don’t expect to get good quickly at this fast food restaurant. I placed my order around a half hour ago and still haven’t gotten it. And this is far from the first time it’s taken a ridiculous amount of time to get served. Ticket times like this are unacceptable at a sit down restaurant let alone a restaurant that built its business on fulfilling orders within minutes.
