They get my order wrong nearly every single time or charge me for the wrong things. ALWAYS check your bag before leaving the drive thru, otherwise you’ll be missing things. I met some guy who worked here in the early 2000s and said it was the exact same issue. Better off just going to a different store if you don’t want your money wasted.

Fix the hours. This says you are open until 1 but that’s not the case as the hours on the door say 11

Not the late night staff on union st making the order and letting it sit until they make 4 or 5 orders so they don't have to walk an extra ten steps meanwhile they make the hard working dashers waste time instead of moving orders because their to lazy to walk the order over and hand it to them

While the renovations are commendable, the slow service and unsanitary conditions rendered the establishment unusable; I was unable to consume a meal there. Significant improvements are expected.

35 mins at the drive-thru, have been told to wait a second and they never came back. The 2 line were open but nobody moved or have been serve. We finally left. (1h30 pm)

Great food, hot and fresh customer service lacking due to Counter staff playing on their phones instead of taking payment from customers stood in line for almost 8 minutes at the counter and not once until I spoke up did they turn around?

Came to get lunch. Have been sitting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting for our "fast food", after waiting 5 minutes just to have our order taken and we are the ONLY car in the drive thru with zero cars in the parking lot as well. Very slow and terrible service!!!!!

And then our food was cold and not made right!!!

Said on their website the dining room was open at 5 am. Showed up around 5:11 AM and was greeted by a very rude employee just showing up and who then continued to belittle me ‘we're not open, we’re not open, we’re not open’ could’ve been said in a more respectful manner as well as wouldn’t have been a problem if they showed up on time.

slow service & the fries are sub-par

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been it's completely filthy, no napkins in the dispensers, people sitting around waiting for food that takes seemingly forever. Employees looked like homeless people. Bathrooms filthy.

They gave me a cup of hot water instead of a coffee, unfortunately I didn't notice until I got on the northway

If your are going to have 2 drive through lines pay attention to both. There is no reasonable a car at the front of one line (me) has to wait 3-4 cars in the other to get my order taken. Either get rid of line to or pay attention

Pulled in at 2/20 at 11:22 sat there until about 11:40 purposely ignored me at the drive thru. Go to drive off and the lady was moving as if she did not want me to see her/ see me. Never got to place an order.
