Updating my review from a 5 to a 1 because it was a disaster this morning. 10 minutes to be recognized at Drive thru. No OJ, No HiC, no coffee. As I left with nothing, I looked inside and it was messy. There were 2 customers inside. It wasn't busy. Maybe Ill update this review if I ever come back. The Rt 9 one is worth the 2 minute drive.

Fast service was greeted with a smile. Staff at the drive thru exhibited excellent customer service!!

Been driving through the snow all day. Just wanted to stop and grab some food. Parking lot has a few cars there but no one saying anything at the drive-thru and the doors are locked. Five people showed up during the time of me writing this review. Horrible way to do business. wont waste my time coming here again.

Had to go back and double check cuz our food was wrong and even after that we’re still missing food and have wrong food. I don’t get paid to triple check isn’t that was the hourly is for?

The food here will taste fine but be prepared to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for any order

I don’t often go to fast food places - every time I go to McD’s, I’m reminded of why that is.
- Waited nearly 10 minutes before our presence at the drive-thru was even acknowledged.
- Order had to be given multiple times to fix random issues.
- Order was incorrect. Wrong items prepared the wrong way.
- Fries were barely even warm and obviously old.
- Drinks were wrong size.
- Napkins on the bottom of the bag, covered in grease from loose fries.

Why do I keep going back? At >$12 per person, this was garbage. For an extra $4-6/person, you can have a proper meal done right at a better establishment.

On November 4th at 9:20am I was in the drive thru waiting to order the $5 Breakfast McGriddle. They had a sign at the drive thru that promoted this. I placed my order and the employee said $8 (something). I explained it is suppose to be $5. He said that promotion is over with. I questioned why the sign is still up. He said he didn't know. I explained they should honor the price as the sign clearly is still up. He said he couldn't do this. I asked if I took a picture and brought it inside if they would then honor it. He said the manager was on break. At this point 20 minutes has gone by and I knew I wasn't getting any where with this employee. I could tell he didn't like his job,
Yesterday I called about this issue. I was told the sign was taken down. No apologies,
This morning I went back because I had a feeling I was being blown off. Guess what? The sign is still up!
Im sure McDonald's is going to tell me to complain to another link after I post this. By the looks of the previous complaints. There are 2 employees I like that are there, I'll get there name today to honor them.

It was a 10 plus minute drive thru wait, with several cars behind me. It was an order of 2 filet o fish, 1 fries & 10 piece nuggets. I offered to move forward, but was told just waiting on the fish. While they were hot there was barely tartar sauce. The fries were good tho. People behind me looked grumpy

everytime i order from here some thing is missing and they never pickup whenever i call either

Constantly forget items and the wait times for the drive thru are incredibly long

Unfortunately the staff is unprepared for the volume of traffic it receives! When offer bus parking and are right off a major interstate it should never take twenty minutes for a big Mac meal to appear! They seem to prioritize driver thru traffic over foot traffic! This was around 6 pm on a Friday when one would expect a full complement of employees to available to handle a surge in the volume of traffic!

Horrible. Got chocolate milkshake couldn't drink it taste like something was bad in it maybe the whip cream i didn't ask for. Wasnt a milkshake at all was very very dark. And watery
Order a snack wrap meal didnt get the meal just the wrap. Had to order another fries. Was cold. Barely any chicken or ranch on it. Other 2 fries order for kids cold and hard. Definitely wont be coming back to this one when come back in town. Im going to Wendy's instead. Which should done in the first place.

Been sitting here waiting for 22 minutes in the drive thru and now i'm late for work. Bruh...
