Stopped while traveling today and wasn't until I got to last window to pickup food I was told there was no soda machine. Before this, they told my wife they couldn't do the hot chocolate she ordered and told her other options but I didn't pay attention. When I didn't get my soda I asked about it and the staff member began to berate me at the window and said he just told my wife (which was regarding not hot chocolate and hot beverages). After he said "don't give me that loo, and what he said must have went in one ear and out the other" I just asked for a water an left. The french fries were inedible and the burgers were "ok". This location seem to have equipment and staff problems that need to be addressed.

Went to McDonald's last night at exit 12 and the food they served was horrible quarter pounders that had been sitting in the bin dried out pieces of garbage I asked for hot fries they weren't hot I mean seriously that food wouldn't have appealed to a dog stand there at the counter. Nobody waits on you previous time I went there, put in the order and they said we are out of soda, it's just gotten ridiculous What has happened to McDonald's?

Ordered a QPC deluxe with bacon and they forgot the whole "deluxe" part of the order. With recent price hikes at McDonalds that ended up being an additional $2.50 added to the bill. Gas prices now make it not worth driving back to correct the order.

This McDonald's feels disorganized. First, the doors weren't open. A customer had to open them from the inside even though it wasn't closing time. Then the self-service order station couldn't accept payments and didn't print out our order so we can pay at the counter. The wait at the counter to complete our order was very long. It feels like there were not enough employees. We only wanted two coffees. It took more than 20 minutes to get them. They were out of many deserts (ice cream and smoothies). The staff is overwhelmed and doing their best.

Single employee on shift with a line in drive thru. Was doing job best she could. Maintained a nice mood mood with a smile although she had extra stress put on her.

This place must be in competition with the Waterford one for worst store. Your only option for drinks were bottled stuff. Food was cold and disgusting. Fries were cold. Asked the guy at the window for a receipt, well that's broke too. Asked the girl at the front window for a receipt, gave me the wrong one. So I can't even complain about missing stuff from my order. Get your stuff together. I was there a couple months ago and had the same issues. Apparently they're in no rush to fix anything.

Cashier coped a major attitude when I wanted to change an item on my order. Then she completely disregarded my change in order and decided for me what I should eat that day I guess. Then after returning home I found out that she charged my debit card for the food I ordered plus an additional $28 (apparently they can tip themselves now without consent) and when I called this McDonalds to let a manger know about the monetary discrepancy all I got was a generic voicemail, which I left a message on, and still have not had my call returned or can I still contact anyone at this place of business by phone. I don’t live anywhere close to this place which is now going to prompt me to drive back to try to get my money refunded for her tip she deserved that was not quite twice the amount of the original order. What an awful example of a business model built 75 years ago. But I’m sure somewhere in all this it’s my fault.

Handed us the wrong order at drive through. Didn’t give us the dipping sauce we ordered. Then we asked for it and they were out of it. Fries had no salt. Gave us no napkins. If it was one thing, I wouldn’t have reviewed.

It’s been a long time since we have gone to a mc Donald’s . It had truly changed so much . There’s kiosks to order rather than ordering with a team member. The personal touch is really absent and greatly missed. Secondly the prices have really increased tremendously. I wasn’t expecting to spend so much for breakfast. For what we paid we could have went to a diner .

This is actually my go to McDonald's. We pass the one in Halfmoon to get here! I've had trouble at the ones on 146, in Mechanicville, and in Halfmoon. I've literally been served still partially frozen food at those three. But this McDonald's has been good. I do go around 3 pm so maybe it's just extra fresh and fast since it's not quite the dinner rush. But we have been treated well and the kids meals, quarter pounders and big Macs are good. They even serve slushes in cherry and blue raspberry. I miss 7-11 slurpees and these are close, or good occasionally for a sore throat / coughing (think kids with a respiratory illness). We only have used the drive thru. Enjoy!

Went up to the second window to be asked what I ordered and I explained that we got 3 sausage, egg, cheese mcgriddles and one egg and cheese mcgriddle with 4 hash browns and a medium french vanilla coffee. I heard her say to her coworker trying to repeat what I said (which was completely wrong) and at the end \\\"whatever that means.\\\" I tried offering to give my receipt to her so she knows what we ordered, but didn't take it and continued to give attitude. And guess what...what we got was not what we ordered! Who would've guessed?! We ordered 1 mcgriddle without sausage for one person on lent but all the mcgriddles had sausages. And we only got 2 hash browns. Horrible experience. Not worth the $30.

I recently visited this McDonald's and had the pleasure of being served by Trish. I have to say, my experience was exceptional from start to finish. First of all, Trish greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire transaction. She was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions about the menu, and even made some recommendations based on my preferences and offered to make me a crispy chicken ranch snack wrap which isn’t offered on the menu anymore. But what really stood out to me was Trish's attention to detail. She made sure that my order was accurate and even double-checked to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction before handing it over. And let me tell you, the food was delicious! It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this McDonald's location, and that was largely thanks to Trish. She truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you, Trish, for a job well done!
