Put in an order on the app to get attitude on the drive thru squawk box... "we can't accept app or cc orders"... uhhh it's in on my app and i can't cancel since it says it's being 'prepped' "TRUST ME...ya can cancel" uhhh i don't trust ya i don't KNOW ya!!! Go inside to show i can't cancel then proceeds to say well now ya will have to CALL the app for the refund. Shoulda known better after my last time in (for a root beer) my drink tasted like windex... #lessonlearned

Literally ordered this at 5:50 order number 1253. Food is absolutely disgusting. I had to put the french fries in the air fryer when I got home. The chicken was all dried out and it was absolutely disgusting. Can someone please tell me where these fast food workers are earning their money?

Play place has no supervision of any sort . Not by employees, nor by adults that brings kids in for bday parties.. Literally throwing balls around, too large/old children runnng around. Little ones r in danger . When a window breaks maybe some one will do something. Family party that was here at 3:00 pm hour 11/9/25 is the reason why there r so little McDs that have playplaces. They r a incredible liability to McD. Maybe this is why no employees intervene..they do not want worker comp cases. Adult Partiers go with kids there bc they didn't want their homes trashed.

Highly unsatisfactory everything was hard and overcooked and we got the wrong drinks and sizes and the guy who gave us our food was definitely on something. Sorry to say not coming back here.

If you want to actually sit down and eat your food, this isn't the McDonald's for you. There wasn't a single table open. Almost every time I come here it is super busy with probably 20 kids running around. The familys would spread out and take as many tables as they want. It doesn't seem as there is a time limit. I had a sit in my car to eat because there was nowhere to sit.
I would give a zero if possible. Went to this location at 2pm. There were only 5 customers in the entire place and still all the tables were filthy, both napkin dispensers were completely empty and the staff was all in the back talking. After putting our order in I tried to get a staff members attention I was looked at and ignored for a few minutes. When a staff member finally came over I asked for a few napkins I was told very rudely ill get them with my meal. I replied I need them to wipe down our table I was then told again ill get them with our meal. When we finally did get our food our fries were dumped out upside down in the bag.

The two ladies working in drive through Thursday around 3-3:30pm We're both very pleasant and very efficient. I think I was out of the drive through within three or four minutes. Wish that happened more often. Great job and food was fresh & hot.
