Cold fries, long wait time

Classic McDonald’s experience—fast service, decent food, and a clean dining area. The fries were fresh and crispy, and my order was correct, which is always a plus. The only downside was that the drive-thru was a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a solid visit!

Went to drive thru for fries & shamrock shake (2nd McDonald's went to in search of shake). Ordered, was told amount & pulled up in line. First window where sometimes pay looked like a storage room & no one was there, so pulled up with rest of line. Once to window where get food, someone was at other window collecting money. Looking inside, both areas looked dirty, as if trash strike was in progress. Won't go back there. Was almost $10!

Took over 15 minutes un drive thru to get to the second window with one car ahead of me waiting to the side. I ordered a caramel frappe, with extra caramel and was told after 10 minutes that they didn't have it and I could only have a mocha one. I paid for the extra caramel. Don't like mocha.

Everything good, except the drink upcharge! There's a seriously misleading case of Breakfast value meals that r advertised with either a coffee, orange juice or softdrink! Last time I checked a value meal included a Breakfast sandwich, 1 Hash Brown & 1 drink! Nope if u want OJ u have to pay extra. Unreal is all I have the energy to put out! Just Saying

Placed an order for the Rt 9 store on the app. It took my order. It took my payment. It told me my order was in progress. I get to the store. Enter my curbside number. I wait. No one comes out. I go to the window to be told we are closed. Kid tells me just cancel the order. I try to and it tells me that my order can’t be cancelled because it’s already been prepped. So I paid $6.43 for a sandwich that I did not get just to go to DD and pay another $6 for another sandwich. You guys suck and need to do wayyyyy better. I was a manager for your corporation many years ago. This kind of thing was not allowed. 😠

This is consistently the slowest McDonald’s, drive-thru times are regularly upwards of 20 minutes. Doesn’t matter time of day or how busy they are. Frequently out of common times such as the sausage burrito.

Takes forever either inside or in the drive through, staff seem like we are an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Not sure how they haven’t replaced the manager(s) yet.

Went here again to give them the benefit of the doubt. Took 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 McDoubles. Asked for extra pickles and got zero pickles on my sandwich. I don’t know why you guys bother even having this place open. Clearly management is awful here.

Terrible drive thru service. Long waits, told to pull forward only to get my order wrong and extended my wait time. I asked what was the point of pulling forward only to get my meal wrong and was told… (The managers get a bonus for drive thru orders completed in a time frame) soooo My order isn’t complete and and I have to wait longer for it to be corrected while the manager gets credit towards their bonus. Sound like the managers are running a fast one on the owner of this
restaurant and the customers get the ultimate shaft. Nice !!!!

The people who work the order window are always rude. They try to rush you and this store doesn't tell you when their specials are over. They don't take the signage down and then have an attitude when you ask for it.
