Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Machine wasn’t working on the flavor we wanted and she quickly fixed it for us. Nice service. Great dark chocolate flavor.

Just left a minute ago. No one at counter which is most of the time. Girl comes out and looking at phone. Told her hot fudge was out and she is like, really. Comes over and messes with it and I was like it's fine, I'll get something else. Figured she would check everything. Got yogurt from the very few choices because most flavors are out. Went to get peanut butter topping, and that was out also as I'm pumping it while it's spitting, the girl just sits looking at her phone.

This place sucks and the guy up from that looks like he's old and young at the same time was really rude. Just sat and stared at me and than gonna hit me with the "just tap one of the options on the screen" upon checkout and it was asking for a tip. What am I tipping by you for? Awkward service? Getting my own ice cream which I'm seeing isn't cleaned and has rotting milk? What am I tipping for?

Every single machine was blinking I looked under the cover and they all said they needed to be cleaned or filled. I used to work at a frozen yogurt shop and know these machines had to be RANCID probably even rotting…. It’s all dairy. No topping were filled as a former 16 year old froyo worker I know you gotta be wild lazy to just allow rotting dairy and no popping bubbles. Owners check the cameras.food safety… shuttttt this ish down

Out of 11 flavor options, only 4 or 5 were frozen and ready to use at 3:15 pm. Half of the liquid toppings (chocolate syrup etc) were empty. The only employee was in the back for the majority of our visit, not noticing when new customers came in.

Menchies did not satisfy my munchies. The one froyo option I had to choose from tasted like soap and all of the topping looked like they had been sitting in the sun for 24 hours straight. I will never be back

DO NOT GO HERE! Only four options were available, and there were no fresh toppings! Terrible and not worth the money.

Been there twice this week and is closed. No sign or anything saying that they closed. Hours on front of the store it says that they’re open.

Went to menchies today. This girl named Ashley was SUPER helpful, had a wonderful memorable experience. Will be coming back. GREAT customer service!!

Very nice gentleman was closing and let us in, like everywhere they are short staffed, on vacation and was very kind of him.

Stopped by with granddaughters as a treat....kind of disappointing because the vanilla did not work and neither did the strawberry ; cashier/worker not concerned and talked on her phone the ENTIRE time we were there...annoying!!

Went in April 20 at 8:21 to get some with my fiancé. We were walking in a nearby park when he bit into something hard. Not sure what it was exactly but it came from the tart machine
