We showed up around 12:45 after entering the lady at the counter goes over to turn on the frozen yogurt. It hadn't been on the whole time apparently so when my daughter went over to get some frozen yogurt it came out as liquid. The lady at the counter barely spoke any English and didn't know what was going on. We were on a tight schedule so we had to leave. My daughter was very disappointed seeing as she very rarely gets Menchie's because there isn't one anywhere near our house. I was also disappointed and probably won't be going back.

Very nice gentleman was closing and let us in, like everywhere they are short staffed, on vacation and was very kind of him.

Stopped by with granddaughters as a treat....kind of disappointing because the vanilla did not work and neither did the strawberry ; cashier/worker not concerned and talked on her phone the ENTIRE time we were there...annoying!!

We came by on a Wednesday at 12 o'clock after my son had surgery. We live far away in Vermont and don't get to go to get frozen yogurt very often. This location was closed with no explanation pretty disappointing to all of us.

I stopped in tonight and I have never seen it more spotless! All the machines were shining and all the toppings were filled to the brim! Also, all the fruit was fresh as well and was indeed scrumptious! I LOVED the pineapple dole whip one and it paired amazingly with the boba topping (super refreshing)! The girl that was there (Ashley I think her name was) greeted me and I've never felt more welcome! She was extremely friendly (inside joke)! Overall, I highly highly highly highly highly highly recommend this establishment and will be coming back everyday! 10/10 absolutely amazing! Thanks!

I've been into this store a few times but I personally have never tried tried their frozen delicious cup of expensive amazingless. The worker was the worker was very hospitable and made sure to acknowledge the fact if this was our 1st time or a 100 time period he advised us of it advised us of the app so we could get rewards because this was the twin's birthday and told us that if we were members then we could have gotten a discount . It was great customer service and a highly recommend this This location.. It's our favorite spot to visit after we have Buffalo Wild Wings hello wild wings. This evening this evening when I tried menchies for the 1st time it was much better than my previous meal over at Buffalo Wild Wings which was a 2 star review so keep doing what you're doing.

Our Ice Cream cake was delicious. However some difficulty with the communication when ordering what I wanted on the cake. When I picked it up the employee there named John did a fantastic job accommodating some alterations and made this cake beautiful. Thank you John!! That is why I am giving them 5 stars
