I had the veggie burrito and the veggies were greasy and the tofu was tasteless. My partner had a regular meat burrito that was equally unappetizing. We brought them home and tossed them after 2 bites. Wish Chipotle would come back to Clifton Park.

I would have to rate this place.Five starsI would have to rate this place. Five stars, they were closing, and they knew that the people that were coming in were still hungry and they still provided outstanding customer service.I highly recommend.

It has been awhile since I have visited this Moe and they are still as good if not better than ever. The Housewreak was delicious. I go the steak and the dice cut made it it so easy to chew.

Walked in to a person who clearly didn't want to be working and gave that attitude the entire time. We received half the food we normally do at Moe's. The chicken was burnt. If something was empty they refused to let you have it or to grab more. Filthy floors, tables. No utensils.

Wish I could give a 0. This franchise should just be shut down. It is constantly a bad experience by everyone who goes here. Run by incompetent employees, no customer service skills. They don't understand how the online ordering system works. Most of the time the food is burnt. It's never busy, yet takes absolutely forever.

⭐ 0 if I could. Went to Moe’s in Clifton Park last night and it was awful. The ground beef was ice cold, while the sour cream was warm. My drink was also warm out of the fountain and they had no ice.
The staff were mostly older teens/young adults who seemed careless, literally throwing food on plates and mumbling when asking what we wanted. They looked high and definitely acted like they didn’t care. Customer service was terrible — they were laughing with each other about how they had no ice for customers and how they have to buy it at a store every morning. On top of that, half the soda options weren’t available.
The food handling and overall cleanliness made me feel uneasy, and sure enough I woke up this morning with a sick stomach. If you can’t keep food at safe temperatures, prepare it with care, and treat customers with basic respect, you shouldn’t be in the food industry.
I’m extremely disappointed and honestly angry at quality of my burrito yet again so up until one day last week I was going to Moe’s almost every day but then one day the young lady who normally makes my burrito passsed this task to a young man Caucasian with long hair kind of heavy set, everything was fine till it was time to roll the burrito he messed up so bad he said mined if I try again I say please go ahead he gets it a little better well good enough to hold shape. Fast forward today I walk in it’s a young lady who starts making burrito not my usual young lady but it’s not the butcher but once she starts here comes the butcher 😡 he adds the items I ask for to the burrito and attempts to fail again but while I’m watching him play with my food I get a call so I’m half frustrated half mad half annoyed. Last time the butcher was training someone which I think is crazy cus he can’t roll a burrito any way I get the same adobo chicken burrito every time with a cup of queso, the butcher while training a co worker; the previous time rings up white meat chicken which is a dollar more and also charges me for the size above the $4.99cup I point it out he apologized. Today was worst than the first time cus at least he tried to fix the mistakes this time they just gave me a soggy ball of tortilla and aluminum foil smh. I’m going to add a video and pictures for the love of God put him on the register the floor even the beginnings of the process the butcher is not a roller he’s a sloppy folder!

The food was Moe's, the service was excellent but the place needs a good cleaning top to bottom. This visit was a little frustrating bc there was 1 other table occupied, but the empty tables were dirty. At 3:30 in the afternoon, you would think the lunch rush was over, and the tables would be wiped down ready for the evening rush?
