There was a Cockroach in our food. Absolutely disgusting! Will NEVER order here again! Go to sushi Thai, this place is disgusting!

When there for my son 7th birthday and after I paid plus leave tips I was over change from what I paid (in other words fraud) I was charged a different amount of money on my card days after going there. When contact the restaurant I was told the manager went in after an adjusted the payment as tips wasn't enough. Very bad experience and customer service is very poor since new owners. If you or anyone is planning on going here to eat don't don't use a card for paymen. Fraud FRAUD.
This place has been going downhill. Every single time I have ordered hibachi to go they always forget to include spicy mustard that I specifically ask for. Every single time. Well, I guess they got tired of my complaining every time I make them drive me out some when they screw up because now they’ve taken it completely off the menu! Whelp, There are six of us in our household and we all enjoyed eating hibachi from Mr. Fuji. That’s about a $500 order a pop. Not anymore. This last order that I made, I specifically asked for it, it wasn’t delivered, I go there and ask for the spicy mustard because they once again forgot it, and she tells me that it’s off the menu without telling me before the order was completed online and made. She tells me they have garlic sauce. So, reluctantly, I said I take two of them. She brings me one and says she’s sorry she has to charge me for another.
If you’re gonna be that tight over a sauce, I am never patronizing this place again, especially with their lack of disclosure about the mustard sauce, taking off the menu and still letting us unsuspectingly order our food. These guys have always put up a fight whenever there’s a screwup. I am absolutely done with this place and I wouldn’t suggest anybody else bother with them anymore either.

Great food and atmosphere. They cook the hibachi right in front of you and Its a good amount of food. I took home a big container of leftovers and we're yummy even the next day.

went for the first time this evening with daughter. the fried rice is the best around!!! steak hibachi, spicy crab rolls and shrimp tempura rolls all perfect!! staff is so friendly! our waitress was wonderful! we will be back!

This was worst pickup from Mr. FUJI i have ever had. The shrimp was not cooked properly, some pieces were dry and some mushy inside. It was disgusting, i didnt even finish 1 shrimp! I probably will never return to this Mr. Fuji!

I've been going to Mr.Fuji for years. But it just keeps going down hill. I order double vegetable no rice, as I do not eat rice or eggs, I did not get double I got a small portion of vegetable. Left it alone, I did contact them and say something. Nothing done. Last week I go and after we get our bill I notice the process are different. I look at the menu and sure enough everything was more on the bill. I question the server she said yes the prices are more they have a new menu coming. But the prices are not reflected anywhere on the menu. I go again this week and I look and now they are adding the tip to the bill for 3 people. Did not say anything, there is nothing posted. I question this as we are a party of 3 not 6. I was told the owner/ boss has told them to do so on anyone of 3 or more in a party. My bill was 87.00 for 3 people I had a 30.00 coupon tell me how I all ended paying almost 80.00?
Yeah no more Mr. Fuji for me and my family. We'll take our business elsewhere. Beware and watch your bill don't double tip!

This is NOT owned by the same gracious owners that it used to be owned by before. These new owners are rude and all about penny pinching.I believe it’s husband and wife… and maybe a sister or sister in law.
I understand you are running a business but you refused to take 2 local flavor coupons even though we asked your waitress before hand and she said that it was fine.
After we were done and checking out, you decided to tell us you couldnt take 2 local flavors on one table. Then why didn’t your waitress clarify that before?
Your waitress gave my friends son the wrong drink. She also never even put her Togo order in.
