Worst iced coffee I’ve ever tasted and they almost forgot my sandwich. We were practically out the door when they called out my name to give me the missing sandwich. I had to get iced coffee at Dunkin’ after cause I was so depressed. Update: Got home and found out they forgot to add the nuts to my strawberry poppy seed salad

The store was busy so we waited 15 minutes before checking on our order. When I got to the counter, the soup was sitting there and cold. When I asked for a replacement bowl, I was pointed to the microwave. Totally shocked at the poor service
