This local pizza spot is fantastic! I’m a big fan of their Buffalo Chicken Subs—the bread is fresh, and the portions are just right. Plus, they always get my order out super fast, and the staff is always so friendly.

I love Paulie's. Eat here way more than I should. The weird thing is, and I promise you this is a recommendation, is that they have what I would consider the second best pizza, wings, and garlic bread in town. But they have them all under one roof instead of having to drive to three different pizzerias just to get quality. And they definitely have the best Greek salad of every pie shop in town. And to be fair I do go back and forth about whether they're my number one favorite or not. Look, stop by and try it. It's gonna be great pizza and you can decide for yourself whether they're the top dog

When I walked in on a Saturday night I wasn't sure what to expect especially being at primetime hours around 6:30 p.m. I noticed that there wasn't much business going on which was in our favor especially being peak hours and Clifton Park for pizza. The service was extremely slow, it almost seemed like the people that work there were confused as to what to do possibly new employees. However we were delighted with the pizza it came out great It was excellent for the taste we got french fries which were nice and crispy. The price point was at a peak for a pizza and fries with tip close to $40. But the pizza was delicious and the crust was nice and crispy and there was leftovers.

New to area, 2 people recommended Paulies. Terrific pizza, I haven't been able to get in this area. So glad I found this wonderful family owned place. Will definitely be my go to pizza place.

Walked in 15 minutes before they closed to get subs and were told they were closed. Young guys working didnt feel like making the business money.That's fine, go down the road to another place and never come back again.

So im a crispy chicken wing girlie right, whenever i tell restaurants to fry my wings HARDDDD they always come soggy and i shed a tear. BOY ILL TELL YOU WHATTT, the wings i ordered from Paulies last night were the crunchiest crispiest wings ever i was moaning with pleasure. Be like Paulies Pizza and fry wings HARD ASF. I love yall thank you, gained a new custy for life

Absolutely phenomenal pizza and wings! The crust is perfectly crispy yet chewy, with fresh, high-quality toppings that burst with flavor. I’ve had their wings repeatedly. I always order them extra Crispy but they are never dry on the inside! The staff is great!
Hands-down the best pizza in town—can’t wait to come back!

Got delivery on 5/30/2025 by ordering through their website. Prices were great, delivery was super quick for a Saturday during dinner hours. We grabbed a Supreme pizza and some mozzarella sticks with Melba sauce requested and they gave us some marinara too which was delicious. Everything was awesome and it was a perfect meal for me and my bf to enjoy! Thank you!!

This is a great hometown pizzeria. The pizza and wings are great, and the philly cheesesteak sandwich is awesome. It is worth a try.
