Monday 12/8/25 - excellent lunch with friends. The food was delicious & the service equally as excellent. The holiday decorations added to the pleasant ambiance. Definitely rated 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have never been in such an uncomfortable position in my life. Drunk staff harassing customers and a manager who became very disrespectful and was also drunk. The food was a poor example of the Italian cuisine. I came into this night with high hopes and expectations. I will never return to this restaurant again.

Avoid., I unfortunately had to endure what can only be described as the most disastrous restaurant experience I have ever had in my life here. Drunk members of the staff coming out and harassing patrons, the most rude, DISRESPECTFUL and insulting “manager” who took no responsibility for what was happening because he himself was drunk. When two only tables of people in the restaurant tried to speak to the manager about his unruly staff, he got confrontational and started yelling at us about how he was from “New York City” and not from “upstate” therefore we should be intimidated by him? This is the guy who runs this place.

Couldn’t have had any less effort put into an Italian dish if you had tried. The pasta, bland. The chicken piccata, tasted like vomit. The steaks, what can only be described as the worst cut of meat with no seasoning. I hope that the owner of this restaurant sees this review and looks deep within themselves and sees the quality of the help they hire. This was public embarrassment of a captive audience who are just trying to eat dinner on a Sunday night.

Parrty of 6 all ordered sliced turkey for Thanksgiving. PRO interior nice staff nice
Con food was whole turkey leg not sliced with wing 2 only drumsticks , sweet potato 1/4 cup,stuffing 1/4 cup stuffing one meal no stuffing, gravy 3 to 4 tablespoons, my no gravy, stale slice bread, 1 cup oil with seasoning $40 per meal i just ate $_frozen hungry man turkey dinner that had more food. Bill $292 including a surprised with a $40 gratuity payment is this legal?

We always love coming to Sofia’s! From the food, to the service it’s just great. Come on a weekend and thy have vocalists singing the classics.
