Great place, rarely busy, wonderful service. Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable. It's rare to experience customer service of this quality from a tiny kiosk, and I always look forward to stopping by. Can't praise them enough. I only wish they were allowed to take tips!

I usually don't expect much from licensed starbucks shops (I.e. ones in supermarkets, rest stops , etc.) they usually don't know the menu well and this one didn't. My drink was made wrong, a drink that is supposed to be made with coconut milk, usually under the "non-dairy favorites" as I have a milk allergy. This is the second time I've been to one of these that they made it with whole milk, unaware of the recipe, but before when I mentioned the mistake they were nice about it. Here, no, I mentioned the mistake and got questioned about it, she checked the recipes and I was right, but then asked for the messed up drink back without apologies, dumped it, and proceeded to clearly whisper to her coworker about me and give looks. I've never had such a rude experience at a Starbucks which was really disappointing to see
