Was rushed by worker to make my order over the speaker which made me feel very uncomfortable, when I got the food the worker said nothing to me and gave me a dirty look. I felt like I was in a very hostile environment, also with the new policy to write something on the cup there was nothing, I felt utterly disrespected and felt as if I was treated as someone who didn’t matter, on top of that my sandwich was completely cold and I received my egg bites falling apart. I’m so disappointed in this store.

Fast coffee is hit and miss for me, for I really appreciated the staff here. They were (sincerely) welcoming, spoke to me like a human, and were clearly working well together. Everything was clean, organized, and fast. As far as Starbucks, this is my new favorite.

I got in line at 1:06. i ordered my coffee at 1:21. i didn’t receive until 1:49 if this isn’t the epitome of poor service then i don’t know what is. Waiting 45 minutes for just a coffee is preposterous. I and many others will not be back.

My drink was very milky. I ordered a matcha with dairy cold foam because they were sold out of regular. Frustrating. I got my friend a lemonade and it tasted like water. Also took very very long time for my sandwich.

The trans Asian that works there seems to think it’s ok just add a tip for themselves everytime I order there. It’s not cute, it’s rude and needs to be addressed. No one else does that there. It’s a great place but it’s ridiculous to be that bold.

The staff are not about timely service . Writing out "cute paragraphs" on the coffee cups is not a priority when there are legitimately 14 cars lined outside and 6 people in the store trying to get their orders. 25 minutes for a black coffee and a hot chocolate is ridiculous.

Whenever I'm headed to Starbucks for my Matcha, it usually means my day needs a little spark. As a birth doula, I can't properly explain how much sleep I may or may not have had when trying to place my order. Sometimes, I can sense the agitation when I am slow to order. But there's one voice that I hear on the other end of the speaker that makes me quickly relax! When I can tell I'm talking to Chloe, I can chill out, knowing I'm no longer going to be rushed and whatever interaction I experience when receiving my order will be extremely polite and kind. I typically keep my little life joys to myself. But today, we were taking forever to order, my daughter was chatting from the back seat and Chloe just made a silly joke that made us feel comfortable with the delay we were causing. It's only 9AM and my bad day was made brighter. Thank you for your energy!!!

This was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I was standing in line for 20 minutes until I finally asked the barista the status of my order. He refused to tell me the status. Waiting at a busy time is not the problem. It's 100% the customer service skills or lack thereof. The waiting for a half an hour for my drink while other people are ordering grabbing their drinks and moving just the cherry on top.
