Every year on holidays, I collect red plastic cup holiday. In previous years, I worked in Albany, so I often bought coffee around the shop where I worked. I ordered my usual daily drink and the staff were still happy to ask me to get a red cup next to it, because they put it outside the pick-up area, So I don't know how to order in the holiday list. This year was the same. I ordered a cup of coffee next to where I work, and I bought my daily drink there even though their coffee was very sweet. But when I arrived, I didn't see any red plastic cups around. I asked the staff and she took out the inside and gave me the red plastic cup. But after a few seconds, that person explained that I couldn't order that kind of coffee and asked me to return red cup, but I wasn't good at English so I didn't understand what she wanted me to return, and then another person came and asked me to return it. At that time, I felt sad and embarrassed with everyone around me.

Overall the coffee and food are normally pretty good, the place is typically clean, and the staff is mostly helpful. But NOBODY should be waiting a half hour in a drive-thru and over a half hour inside for an item that takes 5 minutes or less to make. They need to hire more help at this location because it is SLAMMED

Dont listen to the negative reviews. There isn't a single bad staff member here and they're always efficient and nice. Manager here is one of the best starbucks managers I've seen.

Incredibly bad customer service. I was standing in place for 5-10 minutes without even being acknowledged by any of the three employees. All I wanted to do was order a black coffee, sit back and relax. I could have been patient enough to wait for it.Two of your employees (one of whom was a man and one of whom was an older lady) seemed more concerned with chit chatting than realizing a human being was standing ready to order a drink.They left and went on a break, and I was left standing in place for a few more minutes without even being acknowledged by the young lady they left stranded behind the counter making tons of drinks.I eventually left and got a soda for myself. Your employees lost a sale and a tip. Really bad. Will not be coming here again.

Always a good experience, my drink was made literally in less than two minutes. I recommend parking and going inside at this location due to the very long drive thru line but they have a nice sitting area to wait
