I’m gonna be honest I walked in there with high hopes. Service was quick, staff was nice, everything looked delicious. However, when I got home with my cookies they were bone dry! I’m not sure if that’s what they were going for, but if you’re not a fan of cookies that crumble as soon as you take a bite, then maybe this isn’t the place for you. And you know maybe this was just bad batch! I’m gonna give this place the benefit of the doubt because I support the cause and I think that everything else probably tastes good. Just not those icing cookies! I’ll def be back to try it again though.
Cookie monster does not aprove
Cakes are great and alot of different cookies good store
Great selection and great service.
The service I received yesterday was awful. The two young girls who were there didn’t speak more than 3 words and seemed bothered that we were even there.
The Troy store is good but the Clifton Park store has sold us stale good twice. Would not recommend. Staff is also unpleasant.

The best cakes/frosting around! Also Tuscan bread, eclairs and muffins are delicious!

I went in and spent $18 on hard mediocre cookies. I have gone there several times before and it was always good. I emailed them about this and never heard back. Poor cookie quality and customer service. I now go to Bella Napoli where the cookies are fresh and delicious.
Great service, old-fashioned Italian cookie shop with cakes as well. Great vibe!

Although I do work in the production facility and haven’t tried every single item, I have tried quite a few and they are all delicious. Sugar cookies might be my personal favorite but the classic Fudge Fantasies or Raspberry Drops never get old!

Great service. Terrible food selection. I'm not from the upstate New York area and thought I might stop and see if it was like the bakeries from home. Boy oh boy was I disappointed. I simply wanted a butter croissant so I asked the worker there if they had it and she said "no, but it's chill vibes". Excuse me? what does that even mean?? I protested, in fact, the vibes were NOT chill because I could not obtain something as simple as a flakey butter treat. I digress, now naturally the next thing my mind goes to is a rainbow cookie, in my mind that is an absolute staple of a bakery and it would be a sin not to have right? right?? WRONG. I asked for a rainbow cookie from the nice lady across the counter and she looked at me like I just told her I witnessed a crack baby do a 360 reverse windmill dunk on a homeless man. Absolute catastrophe. Will not return. Good service though 7/10.
Got a cookie, fudge stuffed cookie, brownie and cake slice. It was pretty good. Although the two women workers had such an attitude I don’t understand why. The crappy dyed blonde hair one was so rude, I asked what flavors the cakes were and she literally snapped the flavored out like tf. And the brown hair girl kept giving me a snotty look. Cookies were good tho ?

3 Stale birthday cakes later... and blue or green as the only options for writing a girls name on the cake... I'm convinced this is the leftover location for the main location in Troy... I called the day I got this Stale Cake again for $50... and was told someone would call me back... 3 weeks later... nothing.... it's a shame, we always liked it years ago... but we won't be back... Poor product and poor service at the Clifton Park location... and management the doesn't care...
