I’m gonna be honest I walked in there with high hopes. Service was quick, staff was nice, everything looked delicious. However, when I got home with my cookies they were bone dry! I’m not sure if that’s what they were going for, but if you’re not a fan of cookies that crumble as soon as you take a bite, then maybe this isn’t the place for you. Although I do work in the production facility and haven’t tried every single item, I have tried quite a few and they are all delicious. Sugar cookies might be my personal favorite but the classic Fudge Fantasies or Raspberry Drops never get old!
Great service. Terrible food selection. I'm not from the upstate New York area and thought I might stop and see if it was like the bakeries from home. Boy oh boy was I disappointed. I simply wanted a butter croissant so I asked the worker there if they had it and she said "no, but it's chill vibes". Excuse me? what does that even mean??
