Went for Burger night. The burgers were very good. The onion rings were mediocre, could have been hotter and crispier. Was disappointed with the service. Felt like the waiter rarely checked on us. Not sure we will go back.

Another great addition to Clifton Park dining. Which has greatly improved over the last few years and is probably one of the town's best kept secrets. Their burgers are phenomenal, and their staff is very helpful and accommodating. Cocktails are also amazing. Tuesday nights are great. Time to go not as busy.. They use the space eloquently, bringing out the mill style features in a modern way.

Food was out of this world and the staff was even better. This is a must if living in the Clifton Park area. Definitely the dinner spot they have been missing outside of a chain for years. It's amazing the updates made the building keeping the small-town ambiance! I see them being a staple for years to come.

Had a steak last time we went, they change the menu up seems like a few times a year so this time I got a Vodka Chicken Hoagie which was excellent. (When I think of hoagie I think cheap submarine; this was not that) Think hot Italian sandwich; almost might want a fork, but just the right size you can you eat it like a true sandwich. My wife got the clams and the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer. Meal was excellent.Service was better than I’ve had in a long time. These people really care about a good experience for the customers and it shows. Food came out quick and the drinks were always full.Very cozy farm style vibe, they did a nice job with the remodel.Definitely a great meal at a great price. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed

Everything was very well made. Service was attentive and helpful. French onion soup and the blue cheese bacon burger were great. The soup of the day was a little spicy which caught my non-spicy-food wife off-guard, but her seafood risotto was delicious. They have a strange rule that their happy hour drink prices only apply to the bar area. I dislike high-top tables for dining which cost us $30 extra.

What a great restaurant. We have been here 5 or 6 times ordered different selections and ALWAYS have had a great meal!! Cocktails and beer selections are great. The servers are so nice and attentive. It's a neighborhood place for us so, love this. Try it, you will not be dissapointed !!!!!

We have hit this place 5 times since they opened this past summer and each time my wife and I have ordered something different from their menu, which is updated regularly with new offerings. Every app. and meal has been awesome! It's nice to have another reliable "go-to" restaurant on the list. Nuf said...

The service was very good, the food was also. I felt that it could have been slightly warmer, but otherwise good. What really annoyed us was an upcharge for credit card users on our bill, almost a $5 difference. This type of petty charges are usually reserved for private, sketchy looking gas stations, not a nice dining establishment. The noise inside was also pretty bad, as you could barely hear the person across from you.

The Exchange hits the spot in terms of great food quality that exceeds most places in the surrounding area. We had the Arancini and Calamari for appetizers and they were probably the best I’ve had in a few years. I’ve had a burger cooked perfectly to my liking and have had the Vodka Parm sandwich in the past and but exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for great food in and around Clifton Park, this is the spot.Parking: Parking lot is a bit dark and it’s a gravel lot but shouldn’t have issues finding a spot.
