All together, everything turned out to be pretty mediocre.Tried to order online but the preferred service wouldn't allow me to check out, something to do with the menu prices being incorrect. So I called in the order, which at first they stated they don't do, but after my explanation their online system was borked they relented and took it.Went with the onion rings and the waffles and chicken, and came to around $31 before tip. Had put in my pickup for 4:00PM but when I arrived at 4:05PM the order still wasn't ready. In fact I ended up sitting at the bar area until 4:20PM, a rather significant delay for the order I placed at noon time.Got home and dug in, immediately being disappointed in the onion rings for their size. They're the shoestring variety, which is great for on sandwiches and salads, but as an appetizer or finger food they are kind of annoying to consume. The rings are just far too small to properly enjoy. That said, the dip that came with them paired perfectly. Then there was the chicken of the chicken and waffles which was beyond salty, I think the chef might have accidentally poured a tad to much salt into the buttermilk breading. Could almost feel my blood pressure going up. The waffles were alright though, the spicy honey butter they were topped with had soaked into the waffles and made them soft and sweet. Though not spicy at all.Overall it was an alright way to end the week, probably could have been better, but I'm satisfied.

My husband and I just love this place! Terry and Charlene are amazing and we look forward to seeing them on our happy date we get to have every other week. Food is always great, except the French dip, it’s the only complaint I have. They serve it with a tomato based au jus, Au jus isn’t made with tomato paste it was really awful other everything else which we’ve had has all been fabulous!

Food was alright. Would not recommend waffle fries, they’re more like waffle chips.

Food was expensive and lacked flavor. Service was slow the two time we gave them a chance.

We have been dining at the Flats trying numerous entrees. Each one being better than the last. The staff is ABOVE and BEYOND accommodating and pleasant. The owner, Mel, greets customers and visits the table to ensure the food and visit is acceptable. I would highly recommend a trip in!Vegetarian options: Anything can be altered to fit each individuals desire.

Nice spot, clean, good atmosphere. I didn’t eat much but what I had was good and for the price I was satisfied. The service was a little lacking, took a while to get a drink and put in my order but once I did the food came out quickly. So must have been a delay between the front and back of house. I would return.

This is a great restaurant in a spot that desperately needed something like this! The bar staff and services are spot on!The food is good…. But does lack a little consistency. For example, the afterburner wings are a bit different each we get them. Would prefer additional options for the accompanying dipping sauces that come with the calamari.I will say tho, the hummus plate is amazing!

Saturday lunch date with myself. Heard about this place online, so had to try it. Nice drive out of the Clifton Park hustle and bustle. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Sat at the bar. Was greeted by very friendly bartender named Teri. Ordered a Guinness and a water (props to her for a proper pour of the stout ?) I ordered the Luna sandwich. Crispy chicken with mango slaw and a spicy honey garlic sauce. I enjoyed it very much. Everything was seasoned wonderfully. I’m not big on fries so I had a couple and left the rest. Sandwich was filling and the chicken breast was large in size. The place is super clean and a bright, lively atmosphere. I will definitely come back to try some other menu items. It’s a tad pricey, but what place isn’t these days. Go see Teri. She was a delight to talk to.
