Second Wendy's was much more accommodating, Nicer dining area and great staff. Much better than the other Wendy's.

Tells me I gotta wait 5 min in the driveway through. Gives me cold stale fries and nuggets. Lady taking the order cranky as hell and it’s like 3 hours before you close. I’m sorry you employed? This place is nasty. Probably shut down in the next year.

We were the only ones in the drive thru getting breakfast. My husband ordered a sausage breakfast burrito, ordered me a bacon breakfast burrito meal no sauce, and ordered our daughter a sausage croissant meal. The potato wedges were fresh, hot, tasty. The sausage burrito was mushy/wrapped messy, my husband took 2 bites and threw it away and my bacon burrito was not a burrito at all, it was bacon, egg, cheese, and a sausage Patty on a hamburg locking bun...I ate a few bites and threw away...It really amazes me when there is noone in the stor and there are 3 orders and can't get it right...

Went for a quick bite bc we forgot to go to the grocery store. Got 2 meals, garlic parm nuggets, and 2 sandwiches. Left with the nuggets, 1 meal, and 1 sandwich (receipt matched luckily). Drinks were 90% ice, buns were SOAKED - pretty much mush when we got home not even 10 mins later), sandwiches were sub par - didn't finish, nuggets were the same. Spent 40$ to throw it all out and still be hungry. Luckily found a few cup of noodles, grocery trip first thing in the morning.

Can't scan my qr code on there self service devices so I stood there waiting for 25 mins to be told they o ly take cash but everyone else is paying with their cards. Place is a joke employees standing there watching instead of helping customers.

We usually stop at Wendy’s 2x month. Until recently the food has be fairly consistent. There have been issues with the last two visits. One time they were out of cheese but didn’t tell you until you were at the window to pickup. Tonight the double cheeseburger was a mess, the patties were not stacked on top of each properly and ketchup was dripping all over the bun and the fries were cold even though this was during the dinner time “rush” st 5:30. The employees working the window near address you and just hands the food out the window. I also have not received a receipt during the last two visit. I understand working fast food is not easy, a smile is always appreciated.

Long ridiculous wait, to give order to Non English speaking employees. Thought I was in another country. Messed order up after 12 min wait in drive thru!

I specifically ordered a Baconator with no condiments on and guess what I get condiments. Also didn’t help that the guy running drive thru barely spoke English. If you can manage to mess up a simple order like that then God help you when are asked for larger or more complex orders
