Got 2 of the 3 orders wrong, kitchen staff doesn't know how to work together 2 people know what they're doing and 2 others have no clue and adding stress to the 2 trying to keep this place afloat

I went to the drive through. The sign is completely dark. The cashier asked me four times are you ready to order. He never gave me my total.when I went to pickup my order, he never greeted me and never said thank you. He needs classes in customer service.

Karma is going to 💩 all over the staff at this location. Y’all are rude and dismissive and just served me undercooked cold meat. When I asked for napkins and a straw (not available for customers to self serve apparently) I was very rudely, told the napkins were in the bag. When I opened it to eat there were none. Undercooked meat was just the cherry on top. Never coming back even tho it’s around the corner from my house. Nasty people going to get someone sick. Also my chicken patty tasted very turmericy? Idk never experienced that at a Wendy’s. Don’t eat here.

Walked in to get food and both kiosks were out and noone in the store spoke English to help me. I walked up to the counter and the man there looked at me confused when I tried to order and walked away. Do not go here unless you speak Spanish as noone will be able to help.

I see they changed the whole resturant. Very clean and service was good. Although I have to say on the Baconator, who ever made it was stingy on the bacon, which I was disappointed in.

We asked for a 4 piece tender meal. I was charged 12 and change asked for a cup of water that I got charged for. No fries included. What a rip off.

Never been to a slower Wendy’s. Took so long I had to just leave without my food because I couldn’t wait any longer. Empty restaurant, and still no one behind the counter paying any attention.

Worst wendys experience ever.

Not a single item was correct, Got a song of baconator instead of baconator. 6 pc instead of 10. Both drinks were wrong. Chicken sandwich was all messed up.

Then, when asked where our frostys were, the confrontational drive thru girl said that the district manage said to shut the frosty machine down at 1030pm, when they dont close till midnight. In August heat. Then, when asked for a refund, she offered cash. We accepted. Got $6 and change back. For over $10 of frostys.

Oh, the soda machine, didn't have any carbonated drinks? Go change the tank over to a new one.

Absolute worst Wendys in the area. I'm in the area frequently and every time I've tried to stop here it's been the same negative experience. Customer service is terrible. Be prepared to be ignored for long periods at the drive-thru even if you're the only person in line. Then you can go in and be ignored some more in person. I've seldom gotten an order in less than 20 minutes. It's also dirty.

I did not receive a receipt take out order I ordered a Made fresh daily with Wendy’s signature lettuce blend, grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped eggs, applewood smoked bacon, crispy fried onions, and ranch dressing. This salad had wilted lettuce the chicken hard seems it was old did not have any fried onions bacon was like leather no tomatoes I asked for vinaigrette but was told they were out of so for $ I feel I was paying for an old salad that was not fresh not made on July 25. Very disappointed

Stopped by here the other day and the staff were very friendly. I went through the drive thru and my order was so warm and ready right after I ordered. I barely had to wait. Staff are efficient and I had good fast service.
