I keep trying other bagel places hoping they’ll be just as good, but they never are. These are hands down the best bagels in the area. They taste like the bagels I used to get in Brooklyn when visiting family. If you like soft and chewy bagels, this is your place. I usually get bagels with plain cream cheese because their cream cheese is delicious and fluffy. My husband always gets breakfast sandwiches.
One time I brought him a breakfast sandwich from another place...

Food is always great! But they REALLY need to redo their line and logistics operation. Do online pickups need to wait in line or not? Different staff provide different answers. Everyday is a different answer. Customers are getting angry in line. Redo the line. Redo the signs. Make 2 lines, one for pickup and one for walk in ordering.

West end bagels is one of my favorite bagel spots. Usually you get a lot of cream cheese on your bagel. Was highly disappointed today (6/26) at the bagel i received. Almost no cream cheese. I ordered 3 bagels and all were like this.
