Every time I stop in near 1:30 they stopped making bagels and by 2:30 the grill is off..
we saw several people come in and leave very unhappy.

The bagels have always been good, although they're happy to take your money and then tell you they don't have what you ordered. Typical weekend bagel shop chaos if you're trying to order in-store, so I placed pickup orders. Wrong answer. If you get a pickup order, you get to watch your order get cold as they make you stand and wait for everyone else to order and receive their stuff first anyway. They used to have a table they dropped pickup orders on so people that...

I get bagels here frequently to bring in to work. They are always a big hit and delicious too. The staff are friendly and put up with all my specific bagel requests, without issue. I personally like a bigger bagel and these fill my needs. Love the cheese bagel especially!
