Our server was great! However, she was responsible for too many tables, so in spite of her best efforts, our service was poor. We were planning on having some dessert, our server was so busy with other tables that we decided to pass on that.

We enjoyed our dinning experience very much. Great location with ample parking. Large eating area. Extensive and varied menu at reasonable prices. Quality of food excellent. Service was very efficient.

The atmosphere was warm and pleasant, it wasn't to loud where we had to talk over people. The service was attentive and average with no complaints. It was my birthday so they gave me a cake and candle and didn't embarrass me by singing happy birthday ? the food overall was delicious, the temperature on the stuffed shells was Luke warm and the filling was a little disappointing. The sweet and sour calamari was delicious and was cooked perfectly. I got the pork chops dish and it was cooked perfectly, very juicy. The mashed potatoes were a little salty but the overall I enjoyed it and would order it again. The chocolate mousse was delicious and I highly recommend it. Overall it's a great family restaurant with high quality food and service. I was even given fresh handmade pasta and sauce on the house so I'm very pleased with the entire experience. The bill for 4 people with appetizers, drinks, entrees and dessert was under $250 so it's reasonably priced too with a variety of selections.

The atmosphere is great and we had good service, however, the food is extremely inconsistent. I’ll start with the food, my husband got eggplant parm and he really liked his meal. I ordered the cod with angel hair and it was simply horrible. The fish had no flavor not even salt, and the paste had extremely lemony and acidic flavor with no balance, it was honestly hard to eat. My husband tried it and thought it was too much lemon and acidity as well. I would stay away from the cod dish.

This is a fairly nice Italian restaurant. Everything about the dining experience was good. It's a bit pricey, but what isn't these days.

We decided Saturday afternoon to meet friends for dinner that evening. The weather was rainy and we needed a place which was trustworthy for gluten free and had vegetarian options. Wheatfields Bistro & Wine Bar fit the bill, it was equidistant from our houses, fit all our various dietary needs and had easy parking being in a strip mall. I had one of their special cocktails- a Boozy Cider, and loved it. We all ended up getting Ceasar Salads and Pasta dishes. Ben our server, was very good about my gluten free needs, and made sure that my salad came sans croutons and gave me a choice of gf pastas, which was a nice change from most restaurants who only carry one type (usually corn/rice penne). I also had an amazing fudgy flourless chocolate cake, which given the richness, was totally shareable, though I did end up eating it all! Given the weather, it was not crowded. So when Ben gave us the bill, he told us that there was no rush and we can stay as long as we'd like. It was a lovely evening and we will be back.

Excellent food and service. Ambiance is upscale and sophisticated for an establishment that has a very good price points.

Server was attentive. Pizza very good and nicely crispy, generous toppings. Happy hour specials good. Chicken Parm good but pasta very, very al dente, could have cooked a bit more. Only negative is you have to pay for bread, even if you order a dinner.

Decor is nice, pretty simple. My specialty drink was amazing. The food was delicious. Service was just ok. But my friend and I only had one drink each and our main courses, and it was $50 each. No bread is put on the table, we didn't even order salads. That seems steep to me for such a little amount of food.

Pleasant atmosphere, however, I had to ask the bartender to get the person seating guests and still had to wait. Menu is very limited… it’s more of a happy hour establishment… we ordered chicken Marsala with linguine and chicken milanase. Both dished had thick chicken… not pounded out at all, the pasta for my Marsala was anything but linguine and… our server never asked or mentioned anything about a substitute pasta. The pasta was hard nowhere near aldente… no grated cheese or salt and pepper on the table… and no bread or salad with a 27 dollar meal??? I do not recommend wheatfields at all. Oh and let’s not forget the tablespoon full of sweet chile sauce with the calamari… I asked for marinara sauce as a substitute and they charged for that… do yourself a favor… drive right by.$75 for horrible seating staff and food.

Whent there Valentine's Day with my Girlfriend. It was a special day I was going to give her a ring. We are an older couple. I went there early and asked if I could leave flowers and candy and could they have it on our table when we get there the girl we ho was seating people said yes and I thanked her and tipped her. When I got there nothing she said she forgot. I had also asked her to please put some water in vase because some spilled out driving there. Again nothing. I ordered the steak and asked for some shrimp added to meal. The steak was great but the shrimp was terrible. Dried out and old. My girlfriend asked for chicken Marsala. The chicken was good but the spaghetti or whatever it was was terrible. They said it was homemade. It was way to thick and not cooked well. We ordered Chocolate lava cake with ice cream. We got cake but no ice cream. Just a very frustrating evening and expensive $130. Plus tips. Not sure I would go back. Very disappointed.Charles Hartmann
