Dolan is very knowledgeable and informative about his liquor and the distillery process. This is a must, to experience this tour to learn and try some samples. You get a complementary shot glass at the end.

Always have had a spectacular time here since I came out with a few friends for a tour years ago when they first opened! Recently went to go pick up a few bottles for my wedding and guests loved the vodka!

Some of the best spirits I’ve tasted stateside! Best distillery in the capital region. Matt the owner is a great guy and the environment is really chill. Always look forward to getting a bottle of their rye!
