They felt it was acceptable to send out BLACK crispy chicken on the sandwiches that were ordered. I feel that’s all that needs to be said on this restaurant.

Employees standing around and laughing while I had to tell them can you give me my food that’s was already bagged and they lied and said they didn’t have any cookies that they was out then all of the sudden one of the employees was walking around with a bag of cookies wow she must have them stash in her pockets or something

Lost my credit card and didn't realize until I was at the register. Male employee offered to pay for my nephews kids meal without hesitation. Very nice man and a great employee deserves recognition.
This place has terrible customer service. Rude employees. Also why in the hell would you not accept coupons from your own burger king app? If you are not going to accept them. Please at least put up a sign to let the public know this, so they don't have to waist time standing in the ridiculous long line.

Used the kiosk to order because there was literally two people working on a Friday afternoon at 4:00. . Normally don't east fast food but the real chicken strips are fairly safe. Get on the highway and what do I have? Rubber nuggets. Can't turn around. Receipt clearly states chicken strips. So hot right now id call the f****** King himself and chew his royal a***** Who's running this place anyway. The two kids working? Wtf!!

Threw in Zesty sauce without asking. Didn't wince at my asking for 2 packets of honey mustard. Reasonable prices for a travel stop location. They were open when no one else was.
