Debora was our cashier and perfectly represented the values of Chick Fil A. She treated us with compassion and was excellent with recommending items to go with our meal. The service itself was super quick. You can tell that not just her, but the whole staff, was caring and on it today! Excellent overall!

This is the absolute worst Chick-Fil-A. Every single time I’ve gone here the food is cold and they forget items. But since I’ve already taken off I can’t go back and get the stuff they forgot. I’ve completely stopped going here because 3/3 times I’ve gone it’s been the same cold food and the service is terrible every time. Just keep driving, there are more chick fil a farther down the road. DO NOT COME HERE

Showed up at Clifton springs at 9:30 and no milk shakes, no nuggets and acted as though they were closing up and it doesn’t close till 10. Do these businesses realize they are on I90? Shake shake already closed and states they don’t close until 11:30!

The hours listed online are 7am-10pm but we stood at the counter for several minutes, we could see people in the back and they looked at us a couple times but didn't say anything about when they would be open, so we gave up at 7:20 :(

The Chik Fil A needs some upper management to step into this location and do some serious training. It is by far the worst location I have ever visited. They close at 10 pm. I arrived at 9:15 pm and there were 3 staff members working. 1 cashier , 1 person handing food out and bagging, and the cook. Immediately the bagger was announcing there was no ice cream, no nuggets, no cool wraps, and 1 filet left. I was waiting patiently while I watched the cashier pour lemonades from a large plastic pale. I approached the cashier and was asked what I would like and proceeded to tell her. I was told ( not by my asking) that they close at 10 and they want to go home too 😳. Again just offered this information. Side note: I didn’t make you get this job and I’m here for a service. She proceeded to fill my drinks and forgot what she poured in each one. Upon receiving my food I ordered a spicy deluxe and was given a spicy regular ( no deluxe)
