My son works here we agree it’s the best fast food chicken place.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The girl on register (Esther) was very slow and didn't act like she had about 20 people waiting in line. She had no customer service skills at all! I've been to many Chick-fil-As in Florida and across the Eastern States and this is definitely the worst!!!

I wanted to recognize Debora P. at Chick-fil-A! She was incredibly sweet and friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. It's staff like her that make me love coming back!

Replace that cooking oil!

Only one person is working front....lots of employees doing nothing!!!!

I don't understand what's so hard about ordering a 30 ct grilled chicken nugget, the guy repeats it back to me, and then enters in the regular nuggets, like come on now, what a waste of $30

Great chick fil a! Service was fast and the food is yummy. The chicken nuggets had a slight Smokey flavor, which is different than the typical chick fil a nuggets, but it was pretty good! Only complaint is one server said “yup” instead of “my pleasure” haha.

Closed on Sundays, which are a heavy travel day. Shouldn't be taking up space at travel centers.

The service was ok and friendly staff but the food was not up to the usual Chick-fil-A standards. Everything was honestly sub par but especially the frosted coffee tasted nothing like the many frosted coffees I’ve gotten from different Chick-fil-A across the states. It didn’t taste like it had their ice cream or coffee in it it tasted like artificial flavoring and we threw it out after a couple sips because it was so bad. Would not recommend coming here.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants and the way they treat you as a big plus like when you asked for sauce You get a couple packets which some restaurants you have to pay for . And knowing that they are a Christian based business, they will always have my support.

The cashier was very nice. We were on a late night road trip and she had worked all day and kept a smile on her face with the perfect amount of humor. The food was amazing!

Worst chick-fil-A ever! First of all, it feels like there’s no urgency in these workers. Those employees that were there on September 12, 2024, around 5 pm, the cashier we had is Esther, slow as she can be. She gives off an unfriendly aura, can’t even smile, and looks pissy, and she didn’t even give us our receipt. It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food! It's fast food, and you are located in a highway. People just want to go in and out and get their food, but it took so long. There’s another girl in the register who is slowest; she can be too. She has a lot of nose peircing, which doesn’t look so sanitary working in the food industry. What really surprises us is that her family members visited her during her shift with her dog, who jumped all over her with dog hair all over her, and she also fed a chicken. And mind you, she was there in the lobby while there was a very long line of customers. It’s so gross, and the floor was so nasty. This is such a big disappointment. It seems like you guys need to educate these employees with food safety and possible food poisoning through food contamination. I am not sure if they just lack training, but the company should do something about this before you kill a customer.

Stopped for the first time today because the rest area didn't look crowded. I had the #1 sandwich meal. It was horrible! The chicken was dry, overcooked, & the edges were crunchy hard. Too hard to chew. Probably the last time I'll eat there.
