A great new stop on the Thruway. Clean, friendly and delicious, who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A while on a road trip. Glad there are multiple locations on the New York Thruway.

We always love Chick-Fil-A but this one topped them all. The manager, Natalie went above and beyond. Friendly atmosphere. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: We were traveling with our kids and a few of their friends. When I mentioned that, Natalie understood the assignment. Helped me order and included lots of napkins.
They dont have most of the menu available. Some of the menu items they are not even aware that chickfila has. They dont accept app and refuse to scan for rewards. This is not really a chick-fil-a.

Very professional and clean. The staff was very nice even though there were a ton of customers.
Wish I could rate it lower. Says they close at 11pm. 2 separate people ordered in-front of me. 8:45pm they told me that they are closed and won’t serve me. Extremely rude, luckily there was other options near by that wanted to serve me and the others that came after me. Will not come back to this location.
