Never again. Overpriced and not good. The chocolate shake was bizarre; vague chalkiness to it and the actual chocolate flavor was odd - I don’t even know how to put it into words. Fries are NOTHING special… burger was puny and had tiny avocado slices. WHY do they tear the bacon in half??? So they can put 1.5 slices on my $11 burger, what the heck? You can’t just give me the 2 slices?? Rip off for $23. GO TO FIVE GUYS.

Serious 25$ us as I'm Canadian = 35$ for mega over salty burgers cold fries with cheese and bacon who they serve it in small plastic container and at least a good over pricy strawberry milkshake was looking good, but at the first bite of the burgers things I had my sodium for the month, fries do not spend a dime for cheese and bacon cold and not good at all... So live and learn what they said first and last time

i've been driving for many hours. i'm fatigued. famished. i see this shakeshack at this rest stop and decide to take a quick rest from my weary travels. i go in and order a double smokeshack and a sprite. a whopping $17 without even getting fries but i'm starved and willing to do anything to eat. i fuel my vehicle and start on my way down I-90, with many more hours to go. i go to eat my smokeshack, but alas; it is not a smokeshack, nor is it a double: it's a plain single burger. i'm devastated by this abhorrent display of disregard for reading the order ticket correctly. i paid extra and got less, and my hunger is not satisfied. even worse, i cannot go back ad i am already westbound and cannot delay my arrival to my destination any longer. i am utterly devastated. do better. skibidi gyat

This was my first experience there and it was at a rest stop, so there was a limited menu. Food was great. Very fresh and tasty. Prices were terrible, esp for the quantity. Shakes were ok,...nothing special. But the burgers and fries were really great. The burgers has a crispy edge, which gives a different texture from other burgers. Great food.
Got horrible food poisoning after ordering a shake stack. Not worth the risk. Do not eat

It was a long wait in line and for food.If it's worth it would depend on your feeling. My personal opinion is yes, however this is my first time ever having shake shack so that was a large part of the justification.I tried the hamburger and shake which were of course absolutely delicious. I also had the shroom Burger which was surprisingly amazing, I think I would actually get that over the regular hamburger next time. I also really like the French fries, I normally do not like crinkle cut fries however these were so crispy and wonderful.A little bit pricey but not stupid ridiculous.However I would recommend you sit down to eat your sandwich, as it is kind of messy and difficult to eat while driving (a bit of a strange thing for a rest stop, lol ).
