Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE stopping...the staff are exceptionally rude, and couldn't enter order properly OR apply stars AND super over priced compared to other Starbucks. Hopefully someone else reads this before stopping and gets their fill elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. Staff was rude. Completely screwed up my order. Charged me for products that we did not receive. Essentially stealing from me. The when questioned about it argued with me and kicked me out of the store. If I had the time I would boycott this store and push as many people away as possible.

You'd at least keep your time if you just opened up your window & threw out a Jackson. They spent all this money on a beautiful rest stop but they don't have any knowledge on what they are doing here at Starbucks. They are imposter barristas from Phelps! Our two featured lattes didn't even have coffee in them. One actually had hott water. This is a rip off & a joke. Honestly should fix this place with better management training. It's not cool to get paid for a product you didn't deliver. Please help this location corporate Starbucks ?

Extremely long unacceptable wait in the drive through. Do not recommend anyone stop here unless you have an extra hour to spare. Waited over 30 mins for 4 cars in front of us starting off in drive through.

Would give a zero stars if possible. Ordered a drink that is on their menu and the worker kept telling me they don’t have it. I explained to her what it was and she proceeded. Had me pay and then after waiting 15 minutes, she tried to give me the wrong drink. I was going to ask for a refund, but she just disappeared from the window with the wrong drink. What a waste of $6.

Nice travel plaza Starbucks. They offer a drive-thru, which surprised me for a travel plaza. We stopped at 9:30am and they weren’t very busy. I ordered and received my beverage fairly quickly. The young women who made my drink made it to perfection!Losing a star because they were only accepting cash and Starbucks cards, which can be a big inconvenience or problem for travels. They also had unconventionally high prices compared to my hometown Starbucks, $7 for a Grande shaken espresso.Parking: Plenty of parking at the travel plaza, there is also a drive thru

Do NOT go there this morning! My wife bugged me to stop and get her a coffee. She placed the order as the app allowed her to at 6:00am. She went in to only find the place closed! She came back to leave and I seen a light come on inside Starbucks. She went back in to the ropes still pulled closed. She waited to have the lady there who was working tell her they were not going to open until 11:00!!! Beware!!
