The place is very small, very noisy, super small, kind of crowded. Food was pretty good or wouldn't say it was great. My husband and I went here for breakfast this morning and the service was unmatched. The food was delicious and delivered to our table quickly. If you love a good old fashioned breakfast spot - go to Charlie’s! As we pulled in I said “this place is going to be delicious” just judging based on the old fashioned homemade diner style exterior!

100 years of breakfasts between my husband and I and I have to say this was the worst we’ve ever had. Both of us felt this way. Very long wait for food. Service was friendly though. When we placed our order we added a pancake and requested if it was done before the other food we would gladly have it. All food came out together and the pancake was so cold it didn’t melt the mostly melted butter. Hash browns tasted like old fish fry grease. Neither of us could eat them. I ordered hash Benedict and the sauce was brown (burned maybe???) and very little of it. Could have forgiven the long wait for food (they weren’t busy) if the food was good. Maybe, judging by the other reviews, this was a really bad off day….but it was all not good.

There is tasty food and friendly service packed into the snug surroundings at Charlie’s. The chipped beef on toast special on December 8 was classic yummyness, and my brunch pals very much enjoyed their veggie omelets.

Nice little spot to get some good breakfast. Ordered "The Mountain". Waitress was extremely friendly and kept the coffee cups filled. Unlike Tiffanys this place does accept credit/debit cards
