Absolute dog food. When you walk in, I feel like somebody’s gonna wanna try to sell me a watch. The restaurant looks like a failed storefront. Drop 20 bucks on absolute garbage. Why can’t we have decent Chinese food around here?

I went for lunch and ordered pt. Roast pork lo mein and a side of fried scallops. I was told on the phone the scallops come with sweet and sour sauce( it did not) how ever they are decent. The lo mein was hot and fresh but lacked flavor i was looking for. Prices are fair

I walked in on a whim to order a vegetable egg roll for lunch. Paid cash and went a few doors down to do a little shopping for gifts. Came back in 10 minutes and they were ready. Piping hot and so, so good! There were two of them, and I could taste ginger in the veggies. They were the best egg rolls I've ever had.

My son came home on leave and the first thing he asked for was China Sea. I think this restaurant is the best Chinese food around. He only wanted the chicken and broccoli lunch special but I get my usual which is wonton soup pork lo mein sweet and sour shrimp sesame chicken with fried rice no vegetable and finally pork egg rolls with a side of Szechuan sauce. Yes I order all that by myself:)
EXCELLENT Chinese cuisine!! I live in Syracuse, so I don't get to the Utica area often...but what a gem that Clinton has in New China Sea!! I ordered the General Tso's chicken and 2 eggs rolls!! Everything was DELICIOUS!! I'll definitely be back to this wonderful place...even if I have to make a special trip to New China Sea!
Always went here during my high school's free lunch period. Its good and super quick too.

This is the first Chinese place I went to where I was not satisfied with all the food I ordered. ? Pork fried rice had no flavor and either did the pork stickers.

This was a favorite place of mine pre-pandemic. Now...it is the most tasteless food I've had. Ordered the orange chicken which is a spicy dish. No spice at all, the chicken was mushy (like it had been warmed back up), the rice had no flavor and the egg roll tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Very disappointing.
Ordered General Tso's combination and the fried rice wasn't fried rice the chicken was mushy and the egg roll was soggy and didn't taste fresh... The boneless spare ribs were dry and no flavor... The crab wontons were dry and hard... Did eat a quarter of the portions and threw it all away...

My boyfriend ordered takeout for us this evening, and this was my first experience with this restaurant. I have eaten at chinese restaurants all over the U.S. and this restaurant's fried chicken was by far the best I have ever eaten. I really appreciated their customer service, their promptness and overall how delicious their food was! I will definitely be insisting on ordering from this restaurant again.
