This used to be the best dunkin I would go to. They always got my order right never had a problem. But lately since they reopened and got new people, they are slower even when barely My anyone there my order is never right now or taste like its been sitting. Taste old. I ordered frozen coffee, its never frozen when I get it I have to come home and put it in my freezer. So I go now pass vvs and go to dunkin there more. They are always fast and I never have a problem with me drink .

I don't go to Dunkin often, but the handful of times that I've been to this location, it is rare that they ever get my order right. I don't often complain or have the time to go back (which is why I use the drive thru) and allow them to correct it. I wish I did, but it's such an inconvenience. I usually order an everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese and ask them to add bacon. Im often missing the bacon. A little attention to detail will go a long way.

Do not go here before 9am or you will be waiting regardless of what you order. I spent 10 minutes in the drive thru for a latte, bacon, and hash browns only for all the food to come out ice cold. Not worth it.

Apparently there is a cut off to buy midnight coffee. At 4 o’clock in the afternoon I was told it’s too late. Then I was told by an “employee” it not my fault. I’m quite positive, being a costumer, it’s definitely not MY fault. If brewing coffee is too difficult, he should consider a different job.

Compared to others in the area, this has always been a great location to me. Consistent coffee, friendly staff for the most part, and the hashbrowns don't taste frozen, unlike other locations nearby. I had a few slow experiences, but again, noticeably better compared to other spots.
Every time I go there and I am in line inside, they completely ignore the ones standing in line. They are more worried about their “drive thru time metrics” than providing good customer service to the people in line. I left the line and went through the drive thru and was still serviced before the people ahead of me inside. Seems like they need more staff, or close the inside line if all you care about is drive thru.

I don’t normally write reviews but this needs to be said. The people inside do not care about their job or atleast that is what it seems like. No matter how many times we go over the order or even if I order online there is always somthing wrong or my bacon is under cooked or my food is filled with grease. I understand occasional mistakes but I have been coming pretty frequently and have found that the same service happens no matter what. The workers are nice and willing to fix the problems but it takes up time and makes going to Dunkin for a quick breakfast a waste because it ends up taking up more time.
