They don’t have a working phone, if they do, they have it set to where it automatically says they’re too busy to answer, and refuse to answer it. If you’re in the drive thru, at the window, and there’s a long line, you can’t get out because it’s one way, one lane. If you’re parked, and the lines long, you can’t get out. You can’t hear the workers talking, whether it’s through the speaker, or at the window. They’re nice, most of the time, but when you can’t hear them because they’re whispering to you, they get all rude.

After a long, hot morning working in the sun and dust, I order the frozen coffee I was craving. The kid working there makes it. They tell me the price, around $5.75. I pull out a $50 bill. They can't make change because of some BS about not being able to take a 50, so instead of just giving me the drink for free, they suggest I go down the street and get change at the gas station. I was so offended I had to leave. Instead of having a happy satisfied customer, they had to pour out a perfectly good drink.

this is the worst Dunkin!!!! Everyone has an attitude problem. Stopped to get a coffee before work waited 30 minutes to be served and then another 15 for my coffee. Don’t bother speaking to a manager because she does not care either. Will Take the time to drive to new Hartford where at least if they are busy, they are respectful!

Tried to go here today but the door was locked, only allowed to go through the drive thru. What the heck?!? Nope.
Ahhh what could I say, the girl server was nice and sweet, efficient, in and out for a quick 2 cups of medium coffee and one donut. Oh well here's where it gets bad... Coffee Grinds filled the bottom of the cup, coffee was pretty good but the grinds were not expected and did not taste good. Actually ruined it!

HORRIBLE STAFF. Everyone there is miserable with an attitude, they blatantly ignored me when I asked for a creamer for my coffee, the also didn’t give me an item in my order and when I asked about it who I assume was the manger threw her hands up at me and went “…okay? What do you want me to do about it?” I was in shock at the attitude and disgusting service. I’ve lived in Clinton my entire life, this was the worst service I’ve ever received here.

Went to go and door was locked again !!!! Waited over 20 mins in drive thru to be waited on by a male employee who was completely not work ready . His hair was greasy , giant dirty over sized hoodie and a not pleasant attitude. As we were leaving out drinks were horrible . Mine tasted like a container of cream and my fiancés tasted like watered down chocolate milk. Completely undrinkable . Threw them out and went to a different one . Because let’s be honest I wasn’t sitting in a drive thru line for another 20 mins. The new crew they have is extremely horrible and act like they don’t want to be there!!!! Horrible horrible horrible ! Just think it only took $20 for our 2 coffees to be made properly ….. and lots of wasted time !!!!!!!!!!
