This Duncan location is a joke. The employees care more about talking to each other than they do at doing their jobs. I have only ever had one drink made correctly by them in the few years I have lived in the area. I have given an employee a gift card and my debit to use the rest of the gift card and he just charged the entire order to my debit. The one thing I don’t understand that this location does is they lock the doors but allow walk in orders to be placed but offer no alternative way to get your order than wait in their backed up (all the way thru to the entrance) drive thru.

The staff here are rude and unprofessional. This morning at the drive through the staff got my order wrong so I thought they couldn't hear me so I repeated the order louder and more clearly. Well apparently that was a mistake as I immediately got yelled at. I quickly apologized and tried to explain that I thought she couldn't hear me and she cut me off with "I don't care" and kept yelling at me. I drove to work in tears after. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, especially when it's a honest mistake and multiple sincere apologies are offered.I'm never going back and I encourage everyone to avoid at all costs.

A friend and I rode our bikes to Clinton. She needed coffee so we had coffee and shared a pumpkin muffin! Both were good!The service was not great. They focused on the drive thru and not in-store people!I've noticed most Dunkin do the same thing.Since the pandemic drive thru is the new American way!$

Horrific, gave this location numerous chances again and again, only went like once a week at that. Today I waited 20 mins for my order, was 1 of 2 cars in line, and the workers were rude. To top it off they literally sold me a watered down coffee with tea bags in it, and cream cheese bagels completely covered. Not even close to my order, Worst experience of my life...Update: service and quality has been better since new staff in 2023.
This dunkin has gone way downhill over the years. Unfriendly staff, slow times, and terrible tasting coffee will be the reasons I’ll go anywhere else from now on.

Customer service and overall experience has steadily gone down over the last few years. Staff have an attitude, food is out of stock, and it is overall an unpleasant experience. Rarely go here anymore and made the mistake of going this evening which reminded me of why I don’t. Embarrassing to have this in such a lovely town.

There is no convenience ordering from this particular Dunkin’ Donuts the order was not fulfilled and I was left standing there with no help no assistance no apology no nothing. This is not a place for convenience. I stated how frustrating it is to not have an order fulfilled and she invited me to leave and stated that I was being rude. Unpleasant perhaps. No donut is worth dealing with incompetence and indifference. Clinton is a wonderful town but this place is disqualified. Many other places nearby to buy wonderful pastries.
