Went through drive thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers Ketchup and mustard only and mc chicken medium fry and medium diet coke. Upon opening food found regular cheeseburgers, stale fries and no napkins. Honestly I kinda expected this from a McDonald's. Every Mc Donald's I've been to in Oneida County has had issues. Never and I mean absolutely NEVER do they get your order right and if its right is messy or cold. Napkins are always forgotten. The amount these employees get paid they should be almost perfect, and they are not even close. Collecting money and continuing to hurt customer relations.......sad. If you expect the unexpected then go to McDonald's in Clinton.

Zero stars in there today 7/28/2025. Just about done eating when my 16 month old gbaby started screeching. Keep in mind she was very well behaved the rest of the time. Rotten tooth troll behind the counter yells at her to shut up. When I went up to the counter to question them the manager was even laughing at her saying it.

there was a drunk man yelling at cars on Halloween night and i was waiting in the drive through for about 25 minutes, not an exaggeration. Line didnt move an inch. just left and got food at hanniford instead. pretty weird night

Maybe if all the employees including the manager would get off their cellphones it wouldn't take so long to actually be able to order at the drive though and maybe just maybe my order would be correct and the food wouldn't be so slapped together and be so messy and the wrapper wouldn't be covered in ketchup!!!

Location was VERY BUSY because they had 4 people call out for the lunch shift. The staff were overwhelmed with the lunch rush but remained pleasant and got EVERYTHING right on our order. We are pleased with everything and shout out to the staff that came in today and busted their butts. Keep up the good work.
