Zero stars in there today 7/28/2025. Just about done eating when my 16 month old gbaby started screeching. Keep in mind she was very well behaved the rest of the time. Rotten tooth troll behind the counter yells at her to shut up. When I went up to the counter to question them the manager was even laughing at her saying it.

there was a drunk man yelling at cars on Halloween night and i was waiting in the drive through for about 25 minutes, not an exaggeration. Line didnt move an inch. just left and got food at hanniford instead. pretty weird night

Maybe if all the employees including the manager would get off their cellphones it wouldn't take so long to actually be able to order at the drive though and maybe just maybe my order would be correct and the food wouldn't be so slapped together and be so messy and the wrapper wouldn't be covered in ketchup!!!

Location was VERY BUSY because they had 4 people call out for the lunch shift. The staff were overwhelmed with the lunch rush but remained pleasant and got EVERYTHING right on our order. We are pleased with everything and shout out to the staff that came in today and busted their butts. Keep up the good work.

I placed an order through the McDonald’s app this morning for delivery. I was missing more than half of my order, and a sandwich was wrong. I called the delivery driver after she left and she said she didn’t know what to do so I called McDonald’s. A young girl told me I had to contact DoorDash and couldn’t speak to the manager, but I could come down there to get my missing items. So I have to pay a delivery fee plus go down there to receive my order correctly. I told her I’m not doing that and she hung up on me. I called DoorDash and they only refunded me for the missing items and still had to pay the delivery fee. This McDonald’s is terrible and I definitely won’t be returning. This wasn’t a large order, and to not even be able to speak to the manager is absolutely ridiculous. This wasn’t DoorDash’s fault, it was McDonald’s fault. I understand that mistakes happen but this isn’t the first time that this has happened there. $35 for this order plus a tip.
Both sandwiches were incorrect and fries were cold. Needless to say I didn't notice until I back to work so it all went in the trash. This would be the Clinton NY restaurant. Help them out!

I just left the drive-thru and the manager was working the window, she was extremely rude, handed the drinks over aggressively and threw the bag of food into my lap, with a short “have a good day” then shut the window. I understand being short staffed. I absolutely do, but this type of service is uncalled for.

A group of us all stopped in to grab coffee on our way en route of running some errands in the morning. All of us are usually fine with coffee, and it never causes issues, and none of us are lactose intolerant. However, within an hour, all of us who stopped to get drinks became violently ill, had diarrhea, and many other abdominal issues. The only thing we had consumed that day was this coffee, and nothing else prior. All of us got food poisoning from this establishment, and whatever you do, don't get their milk or creamers in your drinks! This was the only thing we all had in common to consume, so there definitely was some contamination within their food and drinks here.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. Filthy with food all over floor and tables. We waited for 13 minutes for food to be sent to our table, had to retrieve it my self. Cold food, from sitting. Soda machine was not working for any soda. Manager gave me the corporate line, "Sorry for the inconvenience". That pissed me off. I will not return to this eatery.
