The only thing was the empty tables were not clean after people who ate dine in and left. The workers need to check out the dinner room more often and wipe down the table. It is gross to eat at any table after someone just ate at it. I found 5 tables that were dirty until I found a clean one. Otherwise, the service is good

Staff struggled to hear through through the intercon, they don't repeat the order back to you, and the screen rarely updates with the order quickly enough to actually correct mistakes. As such staff has repeatedly screwed up my orders.

Hot burgers. Excellent service inside or drive thru. Ac keeps it comfortable in dining room. Soda fountain is nicely stocked and well tended to. Very clean. Ketchup dispenser works. Soda fountain is all in working condition. No flat soda. Ice machine works. Plenty of lids straws. Counter has salt sugar pepper coffee creamer stir sticks. And it is clean. Drive thru times are minimal. Staff is always very pleasant.

As far as I'm concerned this is the #1 BK restaurant in the area. Customer service is outstanding. All the staff members are willing to answer questions, help customers with their orders if needed, etc. People don't experience this kind of service anymore these days, and I feel that this restaurant outshines them all! Not only do they have excellent customer service but, food is always hot and fresh!
