Every time I come here for food, there’s always someone giving me a damn attitude. The manager mostly, needs to check her damn attitude. It’s not a pleasant experience to have Wuen you walk into the building and you’re greeted by miserable staff. Overall, I would not recommend this place; the customer service is crap, the parking lot has seen better days and there are much cleaner places with staff that actually give a damn and don’t have a stick up their ass.

I had to compare this with Catskill's BK... and this is the clear victor of that battle. The food tasted so fresh it was astonishing. The fries were delicious; crispy and just the right amount of salt, and the burgers actually tasted like a grilled burger. Plus, the lady at the drive thru was so energetic and kind that it made the experience much better!

Ok all fast food places are.going to get 3 stars from me or less. Burger King isn't Fast so I waited a while for food, The food was uncooked in the center. It was their French toast which is deep fried. Atmosphere is acceptable clean, boring but what would you expect. Lastly fast food isn't cheap either but what is now a days

I had one of the best burgers in a long time from a fast food place. The Steakhouse Burger from Burger King (Cobleskill, NY) store was simply the best. The order was $24.57 of many items. The person that brought it to the window wasn't the order filler, it was someone that was so happy to serve the food,. They seemed like the cook or at least a chef, or the manager making sure all is great. I so hope the very same experience could be replicated the next time ordered. I'm sure it will be great if that kind of service continues. This happened on 4-11-2025 close to 7:00pm.
This would be the second time that I've ordered for me and my family and the stuff was cold our fries were old my Mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese was hard wasn't a very pleasant experience.

The only thing was the empty tables were not clean after people who ate dine in and left. The workers need to check out the dinner room more often and wipe down the table. It is gross to eat at any table after someone just ate at it. I found 5 tables that were dirty until I found a clean one. Otherwise, the service is good
