Great service, great food!! we came in for breakfast and ended up ordering off the lunch menu! Most restaurants have time frames for when you can order what. At the Cobleskill Diner you can get what you want anytime of day. Very attentive servers, whether it's the person attending your table or another server walking by, they are always checking in on you. We highly recommend this restaurant!
Fantastic little diner, I love all the little funny signs and sayings all over the place. Always seem to find at least one I hadn't seen before as we sit in different areas each time we go.
