I was in the mood for some pancakes for breakfast and this was the only diner in Cobleskill. They had a good selection of breakfast foods and you could choose between maple syrup or regular. The food was good but I've had better elsewhere. The diners old fashion and the servers were nice. It's convenient for those who live here but I'm not quite sure if I would recommend it.

A French family in Cobleskill is unusual because the clientele is very local, many regulars who know this good address. Lots of choice, homemade cuisine, warm retro atmosphere and fun little quotes on the walls. Friendly service. Go there for a typical “dinner”

Great service, great food!! we came in for breakfast and ended up ordering off the lunch menu! Most restaurants have time frames for when you can order what. At the Cobleskill Diner you can get what you want anytime of day. Very attentive servers, whether it's the person attending your table or another server walking by, they are always checking in on you. We highly recommend this restaurant!
