This dunkin was busy! They picked the wrong doughnuts, so i had to go back in and have it corrected. Staff was very nice but were very loudly talking about how busy they were and how nuts it was and how they all just wanted to quit. I would definitely recommend going 3 miles down the highway to the next one

Service in the evenings are absolutely horrible. Always given an attitude at the speaker and the window. I don't mind having to wait on an order, but I can do without the rudeness when told my order will take a bit.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. They have handed my husband near raw snackin bacon twice and said that's how it came. Today, I ordered a chai tea latte which was coffee with chai syrup in the drive thru. I brought it immediately back. I couldn't see the woman making my new one., but I drank it and 1 hour later I got sick. I shudder to think what she did to my drink. Needless to say, I will travel to the one 14 miles away from now on where it is always perfect.

I'm a regular customer that goes in there and leaves the ladies great tips because I like Pacific orders and I really like certain things and they came off as very friendly for the first month or so and then become very shady for absolutely no reason because I give them tips for the great service. On top of that the store closes at 7:00 which is early enough and they choose to close dine-in area whenever they choose not everybody's able to go through the drive-thru and when is it to discretion of the employee to close the Dunkin' Donuts whenever they decide to close the Dunkin' Donuts never heard of it but they do it every night the dining area is closed anywhere between 5 and 6:00 and they make everybody go through the drive-thru!!! So they're unprofessional Behavior treating their normal customers like it's grade school instead of giving them what they pay for and appreciate the extra gratitude of appreciation and tips but then again that's why they work at Dunkin' Donuts their appearances explain everything!!!!

Cold food, burnt or old or just unclean coffee, can’t tell but it tastes awful, service is usually seriously lacking, deadpan monotone workers who have zero customer service skills. Don’t waste your money! Go to the Bakery or the Tagua Nut instead, or even to Schoharie for their Dunkin. Smh.

Decided to stop for coffee on my way home, I passed 3 other D&D's before coming to this one wanting to bring my drink home with me. I ordered a large iced Mocha latte and was given an overflowing cup that leaked all over me and the inside of my car! The server at the window handed me some napkins and told me to have a good day. She never even apologized. It was a young girl, I didn't catch her name but it was 4:10 on April 18th. I'm hoping the DM looks into this place. They constantly overfill the drinks. This has happened to me before and I'm finally writing in about it. Next time I'm bringing in a dry cleaning bill!

LOVE the morning / afternoon crew. My coffee has been made perfect every time lately, and the service is always fast & friendly. I now avoid the Schoharie Dunkin and come to Cobleskill, where i know my coffee won’t be disgusting every morning! ?
