Got our order wrong and overcharged us then claimed they couldn't credit us because there was no manager present. Either someone wasn't telling the truth or the way this store is run needs to change.

Staff is extremely rude. My mom and I were picking up an order from the drive through. Right out of the gate the lady at the window was not very friendly and had a bad attitude and tone. We were handed our order and I was saying something to my mom when the lady at the window said “have a good day”. My mom did not hear her because I was speaking to her. The lady then proceeded to give the snide remark of “or not” because my mom didn’t hear her and say “thanks you too”. I understand you’re busy but maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service atmosphere if you can’t check your attitude during rush hour.

ordered a bagel 🥯 toasted with my cream cheese on the side I got charged 3$ for it being on the side an I received an untoasted bagel 🥯 with a glob of cream cheese in the middle I remember now why I dont go here !

Best Dunkin! This is my go-to for my caramel iced latte with 9 pumps of caramel. I recently moved here and was worried about my favorite drink but this location has gone above and beyond my expectations! Gregory is my favorite dunkin buddy there. I always know my drink will be fire if he’s there!

I order from this location quite often . I complained once about receiving what supposed to be a LARGE latte but it’s never full !! Paying almost $6 for a drink and not getting a full cup is irritating . I thought by saying something once they would do something about it but then again all this week my cup is 3/4 full . When I go to Starbucks it’s always full !!!
