Waited 34 minutes for my breakfast while the entire drive thru was served. Complained to the manager & she exploded. Worst customer service ever! & this was after I heard her tell her employees they were causing back ups! Apparently the customer is NOT right. Horrible. Don’t waste your entire morning trying to get some coffee & something to eat. You will get yelled at & leave hungry!!!!!

The Cobleskill McDonald's us the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. I have waited so long for an order that their computer kicked it out and they had to use my receipt to fill my order. Over 33 minutes! When I finally received my order it was missing items and was incorrect. No apology offered from anyone. Average wait time is 10-15 minutes for a couple of coffees be prepared to wait longer if you've ordered anything more complex.

After incorrectly preparing my order TWICE i tried to get the correct order for a third time. two employees Chelsea Kemraj being one of them, laughed and squished my sandwich flat before serving it to me. ALSO incorrectly prepared. Do NOT come here. Half of these employees are unprofessional and shouldn’t be handling food. I will attach a picture for reference.

Updating my 1 star review from about a year ago. Sometimes they are very busy and it takes a bit, but they seemed to have gotten some good staff and things are definitely better than they were. I always order on the app and I find that my food always comes out quick and is usually all correct.

It's mcdonald's! What do you expect everything is basically the same in every McDonald's except for staff and if the staff is doing their job the place is clean the food is good and the atmosphere is fine. I recommend using the app for the best deals.

Ordered a cheeseburger with no onions, for a our dog, when we checked they had put 3X the amount of onions on it, then what they normally come with. This was a deliberate act to ruin the ordered food.
