Visiting the Cobleskill area from out of state and decided to try Pizza Shack. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious and the everyone was so friendly. The white pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and buffalo chicken were phenomenal!

Very rude guy at counter today Ordered 2 slices and didn't even ask him to heat them up 1 slice I asked for mushrooms because I saw them already made so instead of grabbing me 1 with mushrooms already on it he cuts my slice of cheese pizza and just throws on a handful of mushrooms over the top and stuffs it in a bag I will not be back to this place!

Kinda upset… when I called to place an order for delivery someone answered the phone asked me to hold then put the phone down and proceeded to carry on with his conversation with the staff 10 minutes later I heard a lady ask if someone was on hold then hung up the phone super

Incredible pizza. We ordered a red pie with veggie and pepperoni, and a gluten free version of the same kind. Thin and crunchy, tasty crust. Really something special. If you are stopping through here you've got to try this pizza.Family friendly / kid friendly atmosphere with relaxed space. Come for the pizza you won't regret it.Dietary restrictions: Do a great job with gluten free pizzas, they make sure not to cross contaminate.Kid-friendliness: Big open space, relaxed atmosphere

The hours online aren’t updated so apparently I call when they’re “closed” or “closing”. With this being said, there’s no way I am supposed to know or remember their correct hours without it being updated. There’s a woman there that has an issue with people calling when they’re “closed” or “closing”, she loves picking up the phone and speaking quickly then hanging up abruptly. What is she saying? I had no clue but now I’m guessing she’s saying they’re closed but there’s no need to be rude or get upset with me because the hours are wrong

I started working at the barbershop down the street durring the summer and this has became my favorite lunch/dinner spot. I can walk right over and be in and out with my food in 5 minutes and it’s exquisite too. I’m talking perfect, I haven’t explored their menu too much, but they get my slices nice n crispy just how I like. Absolutely inhaling their pepperoni pizza rn it’s so good. So good it inspired me to come on here and make a review. ?? ? Good people working here too, definitely reccomend

Great pizza, a little salty but crispy crust, foldable slices and great flavor. Reminds me of nyc pizza before the "artisans". Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
