First timer for Pizza Shack, and I must say I'm impressed with my order and the courtesy of the workers. I just read through some other reviews that were less savory, but I'm glad I went local. So far 10/10
Incredible pizza. We ordered a red pie with veggie and pepperoni, and a gluten free version of the same kind. Thin and crunchy, tasty crust. Really something special. If you are stopping through here you've got to try this pizza.Family friendly / kid friendly atmosphere with relaxed space. Come for the pizza you won't regret it.Dietary restrictions: Do a great job with gluten free pizzas, they make sure not to cross contaminate.Kid-friendliness: Big open space, relaxed atmosphere

Visiting the Cobleskill area from out of state and decided to try Pizza Shack. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious and the everyone was so friendly. The white pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and buffalo chicken were phenomenal!
