I recently made a mobile order at the new Cobleskill Taco Bell on East Main. They never gave me my drink, failed to put ANY of the sauces I ordered in my bag, and gave me a 5 layer beef burrito that is literally half the normal size! I’ll add a photo.

I ordered at the counter. The folks after me got their food first. As I continued to wait I was told their board was cleared. Evidently they gave my food to someone in the drive through. Before I got my food the folks who ordered after me came back because half of their order was missing. There were 6 people making food. Very poorly run. Asked for NO tomatoes. Still got tomatoes

The help is young and nobody knew what they were doing. Took 20 minutes to get 8 tacos and 2 chalupas. Every taco was made different 1 was even chicken that we didn't order.

Every time I go, there is an extremely rude lady that takes my order. between her Condescending words and her extremely sour attitude it is always something I do not look forward too, I do not want too see her fired! Rather I'd like to see her succeed with a positive attitude.

This place was ridiculous! The A/C was dripping over the counter where the food is sat for customers to get. The floor was sticky and the overall building disgusting. An employee sat in the dining area blasting her video on her cell phone and an employee from behind the counter loudly announced he had to "take a piss" and would be back.
Nice Taco Bell spot to get some food, place could use a bit of maintenance tho.

Our order was wrong. Went back to get the food they forgot. Still ended up with missing fries. The girl was rushing us. Had to repeat ourselves 6 times and then was rude when we drove back for the missing sandwiches. Tried to call about the fries and the number is out of order. We couldn't cook bc of a water issue. This made our night even worse

Food was pretty good, taste-wise. I ordered 2 items, and both did not even have the option to come with lettuce. Yet, there were a few pieces of lettuce in both of my items. Ok, whatever, for me it doesn't matter much (kinda gross tho). But it just makes me hesitant for people who have allergies. That could have just as easily have been an onion, for someone who may be allergic to them. Just sayin, food should be more carefully separated per order. It would be good to see more consideration for this.
