Made an early afternoon pit stop on our road trip back home from Livingston Manor after hearing some locals sound the siren at the Cidery near Callicoon. Your appetite will be reduced to rubble at this tapas-style 'backcountry bar' (as per Men's Journal), but there's not enough water in the Delaware to put out the blaze of innovation lit by these backwoods libations, fresh herbs and fruit abound.

The food is like gourmet bar food! And their handmade soda with handmade syrups that are healthy for you are so good! The environment is super cute. The decor is lovely and the staff was fun and kind. I was able to use Wi-Fi to get some work done on my computer as well, which was very helpful. It’s a lovely little spot

We hosted a hang here last weekend a day before our wedding. It was a bit of a last minute thing bc we need to change our original location to fire station bc of rain. It never rain but no regrets, we had an amazing hang! Owner Josiah, manager Jess and rest of the team did such a spectacular job to accommodate us from food to service amd with such sweet and welcoming attitude.
Their prices are super reasonable too.
