“If there is any place to spend your time and money, its a place like this. Great enviornment, great staff, delecious cocktails and cider. You simply can't go wrong. Even if you want just an app a drink and a good view. This is the place. It's very hard to find consistently good food and service in the catskills. The owners put their best foot forward here.”

“pelkey’s is by far my favorite bar when I come upstate. Don’t let the interior fool you…both the drinks, the food, and the service are absolutely top notch. And the owner is the friendliest coolest dude this side of the Delaware. If you’re in callicoon, it’s a can’t miss!”
“This is sch a nicely renovated historic building. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The food was presented beautifully and was plentiful. Our bill was reasonable, and the waitress was friendly and informative without being intrusive. They offer drink specials and have live music on occasion. It's really a nice place to frequent.”

“Love this little coffee shop, great matcha and coffee. I would love to see them offer some gluten free options for their breakfast items, even the baked goods. I was unable to have any item because of my gluten allergy. Other than that great spot eagles right out side on the river while having my coffee!”
“Very cozy and intimate. The cocktails exceptional. As was the wine too! The food delicious from appetizers to entrées. And the roaring fire on a rainy night was beautiful. My husband and I loved the atmosphere and the service. We lingered and were not rushed. True gem!Food & drinks: Exceptional!”
“We were there last night. We had Deb as our waitress. She was great . Very friendly always made sure we had whatever we needed. Our food was delicious. That dill dressing is the best. Thank you for the great night.”
“Good home cooked meals at a reasonable price. The service was friendly and responsive! While the menu is just a bit limited, surely there is something for everyone's taste, including homemade soups and desserts!Vegetarian options: These options may be a bit fewer, but salads were quite good!”
“The food tasted pretty good. My only complaint is how expensive it was for a “large” Stromboli. $30 for it and it’s not very big at all. I remember getting Stromboli from Peppinos in callicoon and how it was a giant “U” shape so I was expecting something a little similar. It wasn’t enough to feed our family (2 adults and 3 toddlers)”
“Such a cozy out of the way place, but the drive is gorgous through the lower Catskills farm country.Fun place to stop in and the folks always have a Welcoming smile.”
“Great food, great atmosphere with huge riverfront picture windows in some places. The waitresses are often very young, and new with high turn around and you may need to speak clearly and patiently but all else is amazing and I visit here often.”
“We had Melissa as our server, she was fantastic. Our appetizers were Seafood bisque soup and fresh tuna tower over seaweed salad and jasmine rice, both were exceptional. Dinners were a perfectly cooked ribeye steak with mash potatoes and string beans. I had the seared scallops over sweet potatoes puree drizzled with blueberry sauce, just absolutely delicious. We were stuffed so we took our carrot cake slices to go, LOL. The chef did a 5 star job, kudos. We will be back again, and make sure we have a reservation, the were completely booked. Thank you again for a wonderful dinner.”
“I grew up in Queens and have sampled Pizza from all over New York City, and every time I have a slice when I'm visiting this small town of Jeffersonville I am blown away by how good this Pizza is! Crispy thin crust perfect balance of sauce and cheese and I love that the sauce is just a little on the sweet side. One of my favorite pizzas from anywhere!”
“What a nice spot for a coffee, tea, and pastries! It is a large location with an open floor full of brightness from all of the windows. The coffee drinks are very good, and the pastries are even better.Kid-friendliness: The books are great for the kids.”
“It was very good had a ton of options to pick from. The service was wonderful and I was able to go sit on top on the roof balcony to enjoy my ice cream which was very lovely. And there serving sizes were very big for the prices. Definitely will be going back ???????”
“I love this place! Friendly staff. Great breakfast/lunch food. I recommend whatever they have on special each day. Waffle Fridays. They have plenty of my kid’s favorite jelly. I pretty much always get the hash, crispy. We get a table in the back so that we can be loud and distributive. Very reasonable prices.Kid-friendliness: Crayons for the kids!”
“This roast beef sandwich was fabulous! We needed a snack . My cousin who lives in the Catskills told us about this sandwich. I had not idea a place in the middle of the forest would be so good . The meat was tender and slices so fine . The service was good . The ambiance was rustic as it should be .”
